Oil change service
I stopped in to make appointment for oil change and the service representative indicated they could take my truck right in for immediate service. I watched them drive my truck into the garage for service. Two hours later i found my truck parked outside the building. Three hours after the initial discussion with service i went back to ask when i can have my truck back and the lady indicated she was still working on my paperwork. After three and a half hours i finally got my keys and left. Very disappointing and disorganized service representative.

the car was handled properly however the service guy was rude and arrogant and jerked me around for over 4 hours for an oil change

A day at the fights
witnessed the GM get into a physical altercation with a salesperson! Cursing & un-professionalism from him as well. Real classy place. This is who GM & Cadillac have as a representative of the "Mark of Excellence"?

My Buick
They made it so easy to turn in my lease car early and pickup a new lease car. I spoke about I wanted and what I wanted to spend. I went in for a test drive and picked it up on my schedule two days later. They listened to everything I had to say. Tom did whatever it took to make me happy. I will not go!
I would like to say that my wife and I were headed to Kings this morning to most likely purchase a car we found from them online. But, after reading these negative reviews, and that woman have even complained about being cursed at, I refuse to deal with them so I do not end up giving someone there a beating.

Fantastic Experience with Andrew Giancontieri
Andrew Giancontieri was the salesperson that helped me at this dealership and he was fantastic! He treated me with kindness and compassion and I felt like I was being taken care of by a family friend. He has so much knowledge about the car industry overall as well as in depth knowledge about all the features of the car that I was looking at. I felt like I was being treated fairly and with respect and that is so rare as a woman shopping for a car. I received a fair price quote right off the bat without having to play games. It was so refreshing. I would buy a hundred cars from him and send everyone I know to him. That’s how great he is.

NEVER GO THERE. SERVICE IS NONE EXISTENT.
NEVER GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP. The technicians and the service manager are horrible and harassing. Especially to a woman. The general manager of the dealership is not around and doesn’t return phone calls. Forget about making an appointment. That means nothing. They confuse your car with others. Don’t know what’s going on with your car, even hours later. Don’t sign up for their text messaging. They text you nasty response in all capital letters. I had to give a star because the computer will not allow zero stars. And yes, I previously attempted to buy a car from this location and was ignored. While the salesman hit on the reception. I definitely should have known better than to give this location a chance to service my car. I’ll drive the hour to another dealership next time.
