Charging Pad issues

The people at King O'Rourke Cadillac are spectacular! the could not take care of the issue I had but, they made sure I was satisfied in every other way. The issue is with GM and Cadillac not the people (charging pad doesnt work with the Note 5 phone). I love everything else about my XT5 and the people at the dealership and service department!

Excellent service

Every time I visit the dealership I'm greeted in such a friendly and welcoming manner. They treat you like family. I will be bringing my car here for service for years to come!

great experience

I was looking at the Lincoln MKX but have always been a Cadillac Lover. Wasnt sure about all the extra's for the cost. Armando Salazar took me through everything! He knew what I was looking for and didnt try to push more (I would have left if he did). We found the perfect match and he made everything else seem easy, one day later and I was driving home my new car! this was a Great experience. thank You Armando

Great experience

I worked with Gerry on a Acadia. He was great, and made my kids laugh. I was very impressed with the way he and his manager interacted with me. There were a couple classic salesman line, but overall I was comfortable and did not feel pressured. What impressed me most is that they met the advertised price without me having to argue; something no other dealership has ever done. I would absolutely recommend him and King O'Rourke.

AMAZING EXPERIENCE! FELT LIKE I WENT TO DISNEY!

THESE GUYS GO ABOVE AND BEYOND AND THEN SOME. CAN'T SAY ENOUGH GOOD ABOUT THEM. I OWN A CADILLAC THAT I PURCHASED FROM KING O'ROURKE A FEW YEARS AGO, I RECENTLY WENT THERE FOR AN OIL CHANGE AND PROBLEM WITH A TIRE. TOM CLARK HELPED ME, GREAT GUY. THERE WAS A QUESTION ABOUT THE TIRE BEING COVERED OR NOT SO HE GOT THE SERVICE MANAGER JOE LAFRANCE, SO NICE, HE INSPECTED IT TOLD ME NO WORRIES WE WILL TAKE CARE OF IT. THEY CHANGED THE TIRE AND I WAS ON MY WAY. SUCH A SMOOTH PAINLESS EXPERIENCE. LOVE THAT PLACE! KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK.

They are the most incompetent dealer ship and the rudest I have ever dealt with...I believe the managers name is joe lafrance, is the most arrogant yet....But it's okay I spent my 50 thousand else where..... Gerard R

Mike Marazzo is a great asset to King O'Rourke. He treats us like we are friends and or family. We have been doing business with King O'Rourke for years and we continue because of Mike. He is professional, courteous and very accommodating. We trust that he has our best interest at heart. Lease contracts always go smoothly even with the pull aheads.
