Extremely expensive

Over priced. I can get same work done somewhere else for 1/3 rd the price. Don't waste your money.

Upon checking service records, we were happy to clear the check engine light on your 2009 Escalade Hybrid. The repair was a little more involved than a simple repair because we had to drill, re-tap, and install a new bolt for your lift gate. Our service pricing reflects the fact that our service technicians are OEM certified and any work is done to factory standards. Buick LaCrosse

The salesman, Armando Salazar gave me excellent service. He spent almost one hour with me showing me how to program and operate my vehicle. He answered my questions fully and made it evident that he wanted to make sure this experience would be a great one. He explained everything I needed to know before I drove the car out of the dealer's lot.

Best experience ever

My experience was beyond pleasant!! Frank Bonavise who my wife and I dealt with was extremely professional and patient and did everything he could to make our experience a great one. We felt no pressure what so ever and this was by far the smoothest and easiest deals I have ever done when looking for a car. Everyone one at that dealership is extremely friendly and professional and I will be doing all my business there. Thank you Frank for the great experience!!

won't ever go back

i purchased multiple cadillacs from them but i won't ever return for service. i was treated as though they couldn't be bothered with me. most of what i asked for was not done because when i checked in they told me to "take care of it next time". there won't be a next time. all they did was an oil change. i still have multiple warning lights on. i'll go to my mechanic from now on. at least they do what i ask of them and for much lower prices. ??

Don't ever go to this dealership

Don't ever go to King O'Rourke Cadillac Buick GMC in smithtown. They gave me a deal then miraculously it went up $20. The sales agent Tina also tried to play dumb and say that was not a sign and drive even when that was the only deal we ever discussed. She also said she didn't have it written down and I advised to look at the paperwork and turn to the back. That's when she said she would have to call back. When she called back she says the manager used a voucher on another car??? She never said this was a temporary offer!!!! Soooooo frustrating. Day 2 of 20 days of bad publicity. #20daysofbadpublicity

Not worth the vehicle - go elsewhere

Sales experience was tiresome. Had a sales guy named Bill - very nice guy but he made a few mistakes along the process. Getting the vehicle was a pain. Apparently this is a common experience according to one of their employees. He confirmed that after I asked if I was the only one dealing with this process. A sales manager named Anthony stepped in. very professional and was able to get the deal to close and was on top of his game. If you even decide to get a vehicle from this place (which unfortunately I do not recommend) you should see him. The vehicle has had some service issues (a few recalls and a camera issue where the vehicle's camera comes on for some unknown reason at random times and the seat and staring wheel vibrates. The vehicle has been seen a few times by them to try and resolve, but they cannot duplicate the issue. They have worked hard to resolve the issue - I do give them that credit, but the end result is I am still driving around with a vehicle that randomly startles you while driving with the vibrations with the camera. Other service Cons: You have to request for your car to be washed after service (this is a first for me) Picking my vehicle up today I had to walk out to their rear parking lot in the rain to pull my vehicle up to my loaner to swap my items in the rain. When I complained about the service and having to do that I was told I should have just asked for them to grab it. Great customer service is service that is just given like clock work and handled. I feel like I have to state the obvious to this dealership. I have dealt with BMW, Mercedes, Maserati and Infiniti in the past. This is by far the worst service experience I have had. I do love the truck - it is beautiful. Unfortunately the technical issues I am having with the vehicles and the service experience outweigh the beauty of the truck. It's just not worth the headache - get a different vehicle elsewhere guys. What good is the vehicle if you have to deal with issues like this? With speaking with other Cadillac owners they have confirmed for me that they have noticed a decrease in quality from Cadillac over the years. They didn't specify anything about this dealership, just Cadillac in general. We'll see where this dilemma goes. But again, just get a different vehicle - don't put yourself through the hassle.

Happy customer

After waiting a while for my radio to come in, once it did I was called and it was put in right away. I am very happy with the service I received that day.. also some scratches were worked on and now my car is looking good, I am very happy.

'16 Escalade

Marc and Dave are great. My 4th SUV from them. Buying process was fast and took back my lease return, no problem. Always a pleasure to deal with these guys.

horrific customer service

I purchased a new 2016 Canyon truck at King O'Rourke in Smithtown and right from the initial delivery day everything was screwed up. Salesman parked the truck between two use vehicles for me to view. Looked it over briefly and he couldn't wait after calling OnStar to exit vehicle. Examined the truck at home only to find several scratches in the paint, two huge thumb prints underneath the clear coat in the grille, wrong mats in the truck, ripped in half window sticker, and a rear step plate that was completely damaged underneath. While driving on the highway that night has a serious shim resulting from a tire out of balance as well. Returned back to dealership next day and was told not to worry about the damaged paint or grille upon returning the lease 39 months from now by Jack the truck manager. Clearly my lease money was not the same as purchasing money in his eyes. Had to drop the truck off for one week and had to call the service dept to be told oh, the truck was ready two days ago, we left you a message. Obviously not the case. Upon examining the truck in the dealership yard the "new" front all weather mats looked as though it went thru a mud bowl derby. Mud all over the mats, carpet and steering wheel. Was told that we can clean that up in ten minutes no problem. Told them to call me when cleaned and prepped as the new vehicle it is, only to have to call them four hours later. too bad the dealership has sunk to such an inadequate level of mediocrity since we had such good experiences in the past as far as service goes with our Yukon. More blame goes to management than to service but overall just a terrible buying experience.
