Excellent service and staff. When my 2015 A3 needed a tow and service, Paul Miller came to my rescue. Since the Audi dealership I had been using could not give me the time of day, I needed to find figure out how to get my car towed and serviced. So, from my first call, when I spoke with Laurie, to when I met with my service advisor, Vanessa, the staff was professional and extremely helpful. The service was excellent and appreciated the great car wash :). Looking forward to continuing my car care with Paul Miller.

Service advisor Sara is the best! She responded to my email request immediately and I was able to get there for service a couple of hours later and wait for my vehicle.

Exceptional Service
My first and final choice as I walked into Paul Miller for the first time, the welcome and service I received from Alexander Reyes made me immediately got the Audi without giving it any second thoughts. I’ve sat there and watch the traffic in and out of Audi and that made me even more comfortable choosing them. I definitely recommend Paul Miller and Alexander Reyes. He was very simple and down to earth and everyone in Paul miller was really friendly.
