This is my second car from Paul Miller Audi. I am a returning customer because I really appreciate the customer service. Lou Berardino, my customer service advisor, is always pleasant and knowledgeable. PMA provides great loaner cars. The check-in to driving away in a loaner car process moves quickly. Best part about picking up my car is that PMA washes and dries it, allowing me to drive off with a well serviced and clean car.
