I purchased yet another vehicle from Murdock Chevrolet last week. I can't say enough about what a pleasant and smooth experience it was. I have dealt with a lot of dealerships in the past, both to purchase and service my vehicles. I have always gotten the run around and the deal has always been lopsided in the dealers favor. Most dealerships want to low ball your trade and then get top dollar for the new car that you are purchasing. That equals win win for the dealership and lose lose for the customer. My experience each and every time with Murdock Chevrolet has been exceptional! They are in business just like anybody else to turn a profit. They don't, however, participate in silly games that make the deal unfair. They invite you into their clean and orderly dealership and treat you like a neighborhood friend. They make the deal necessary for them to satisfy their bottom line and stay in business but, at the same time, give the consumer an honest and fair deal on their new or used car purchase. When they say that, "you are the heart of their business", they mean it. You definitely get treated with professionalism and kindness. K.O. Murdock is a hands on business man that cares deeply about his dealership. He hires people that are personable and know their stuff when it comes to the vehicles that they sell. They don't pressure you in the least but are there to answer any questions that you might have and to streamline the buying experience as much as possible. I have never dealt with anyone at the dealership in sales, finance, or service, that didn't treat me as a valued customer. I have taken the time to write this review for no other reason than to recommend a "class act" dealership that will take care of you throughout every step of the car or truck buying process and that will continue to be there for you when it comes to service needs or future purchases. I have learned this personally from years of positive experiences with this fine dealership. As a private businessman I will continue to purchase and service my personal and company vehicles at Murdock Chevrolet and will, without hesitation, recommend them to my friends, family, and colleagues. It is refreshing in this day and age to be able to recommend someone at this level and honestly believe in their personal integrity and business ethics. Murdock Chev has met my expectations in all aspects of the purchase and follow up care, when I'm ready for my next purchase I will start at Murdock's.

I was totally pleased with my experience. I feel this dealership is trustworthy. They didn't pressure me into more than I could afford. Very good to work with. The salesman was great. He worked hard to find the right car for me, with payments within my limited budget. I bought my last two cars here, and I will go there again when I need another car. I definitely would recommend this dealership to my friends.

I called the night before and Scott was so helpful in setting up an appointment the following day and had the car ready for us.

My husband and I went to Murdock Chevrolet,looking for a 2013 Chevy Cruze. We had previously visited a number of other dealerships, but I had struck up an e-mail conversation with Brandon Lomax, who stated that he had found the car we wanted, but at an out-of-state dealership. So we went in to talk about it. Our reception was great and we sat down to talk. In the process of discussion, Brandon found out that Murdock's was to receive a shipment of 2014s in about a week. He checked the inventory and found that Murdock was getting a 2014 Cruze exactly like the 2013 that we were looking for. So, we talked. The deal we received for the 2014 was as good as the deal for the 2013, which we had researched previously, plus it was a year-newer vehicle. My husband and I talked it over in private and decided to go with the 2014. There was no pressure to buy (except maybe the delicious cookies that Mr. Murdock offered us as we waited while our trade-in was inspected!), and my husband and I left satisfied with our purchase..

We were looking for a new truck. We going to get a ford or Chey. After we visited with Tyson Foutz, and he explained the line of Chevrolet trucks available, we felt incline to by a Chevrolet. The truck was bargain priced. It had very good eye appeal. It gets good gas mileage, a major consideration for me. We were treated as if we were friends, and the process took very little time. We were nothing but pleased with the way everyone treated us and your two kids. They were more then happy to watch them and play with them while we got everything done. Not a single person didn't stop and ask if there was anything we needed. For sure recommend others to this dealership! I recently purchased a 2008 chevrolet Silverado from Murdock Chevrolet. Kyle Fisher went above and beyond to take care of me. I had a lot of requests and Kyle did not hesitate to do everything he could for me. I found a few things wrong with the truck after I had purchased it and Kyle still went out of his way to fix them for me at no cost to me. I went to a total of 7 dealerships looking for a vehicle and no one else treated me as good as Kyle did. Next time I need a vehicle I won't even go anywhere else.

Note: The field 'Select vehicle brand serviced' does not have my car listed. So I had to chose a random brand. My car is an Oldsmobile Alero (2001). (Yes, there are still oldsmobiles on the road. May they live forever!) I had to have my alternater replaced a couple of weeks ago by my brother-in-law of my Oldsmobile Alero. He had to unhook the battery at the time of replacement thereby causing the computer to no longer recognize my keyless entry. I called Charles in the service department at Murdock Chevrolet in Woods Cross, Utah. He said bring it on over during your lunch break. I am so glad I did. I was in and out in under ten minutes. He knew what he was doing and where to get the information when he needed a little more information. What a sweetie! He treated me so kindly! He is a keeper! Kim Smith Bountiful, UT
