Keith Livingston helped my wife and I finding a used car. On the test drive I put my keys in the cup holder and forgot them after the test drive.When we made it home I tried to find them (keys). My wife called Keith and asked him to see if he could check and see if the keys were in the car, he called back and said yes and that he would meet us by our house after work to give them to us. Not only did he drop my keys to us he also helped us with our purchase of our new used car at Murdock spending time to make sure we were taken care of. Keith went out of his way to make our experience painless and joyful. Thanks for your help Keith #1salesman in our book. On another note. He introduced us to Tyson Murdock him self. I went into Murdock with a high level of skepticism. I don't like the car buying experience, at all. My first contact was with Mike Pierce, in internet sales. Mike let me do all the talking at first, and then, sensing my disdain for the process, talked me through things in an amazing way. Mike got me through the front door. Next up was McKenzie Watts. McKenzie got me engaged in the buying process in a way that caused my discomfort to subside quickly. I was able to have all of my points answered, including price, which they worked with me on. McKenzie was amazing in her follow up and anticipation of my buying needs. In an unexpected twist, I was actually ENJOYING my experience. She allayed my fears, and misconceptions. At some point during my visits to Murdock Chevrolet, all of the people with whom I would deal as part of the buying process came to greet me. In fact, a few others did as well. I know that most dealerships have this kind of personal contact, but the way the people at Murdock teamed up to make me the focus of the experience goes beyond comparison with the others I've known. I finished up with Don Nordsven, in financing. Don, who was one of the people who greeted me early, smoothed the last pieces of the process to make this a positive experience. So, thanks to Murdock Chevrolet, I now enjoy the car buying experience!

This was the third time we went to Murdock for a new vehicle. Every other dealership I talked to could not compare to the customer service I receive from Murdock. We went in to trade in our older Grand Caravan that we were upside down in, for a newer one. My wife was diagnosed with breast cancer and we were going to have to do a lot of driving to get her to treatments. We are from Delta and had to drive 3 hours to get to Murdock. I tried to talk to the dealerships locally and they couldn't or wouldn't help us. I told my wife we were going to Murdock and between Todd Thornwall and Don Nordsven they were able to make the deal. We now have a newer Town and Country with a little factory warranty left so we can travel without worry. This is the second time we have gone to Murdock with a difficult situation, the "we can and will help you" attitude displayed every time was wonderful. Murdock is now our only dealer, I will not waste time with anyone else anymore.

I have visited four Chevy dealers along the Wasatch Front to see and drive the new 2014 Chevy Volt. Todd Thornwall was the most relaxed and friendly salesperson that I have dealt with. We went on the very best test drive with the Volt and had the most fun. He and his manager were the most sincere and helpful and answered all of my questions. I did an indepth research on problems with the Volt and Todd and his staff took extra time and effort to look into all of my concerns with the Volt to make sure all of the problems had been fixed and resolved by GM. Todd also informed me that his dealership has two full time Master Volt mechanics that are experts with the Volt and would be available to me when I do purchase my Volt and every month thereafter to make sure my Volt is right up to par and has no mechanical, electrical or safety problems whatsoever. I have never found a car dealer that was so honest, friendly and professionally adept in all these areas as I looked into the future purchase and ownership of a new car. If my money does come in this year from my business partner I will definitely buy a new Chevy Volt from Murdock Chevrolet in Bountiful Utah and will continue to go to them for many years to come. I was looking around the dealor ship Todd came out and gave me a friendly greeding thanked me for choosing Murdock chevy and asked me about my wants and needs and then offered to show me a few different vehicles he went over all the fetchers and safety we drove two different vehicles and then he showed me around the dealor ship service body shop he sold me on the whole experience thanks again Todd Thornwall I would recommend todd thornwall to every body I now he is very honnist and just mad my car buying experience very pleasant and the manage ment was not pushy like the other dealors

Sam was very easy to work with, never pressured, and gave honest answers. kept me updated during the entire process. a pleasure to purchase with him. i WOULD do it again.

Todd did a fantastic job of understanding what I was looking for and recommending several vehicles which met my criteria. He was honest about the condition of each and shared comprehensive service data with me. His input helped me make what I feel was the best decision possible and I couldn't be happier with my choice. This review would not be complete without mentioning HARRVY the used car mgr helped todd find me the perfect vehicle that Im picking up tonight . Together the Murdock team worked very well together. I went to Murdock Chev looking for a good price on a new Chevy Cruize for my daughter. She picked the color, I picked all the rest. I did the wheeling and dealing with Sam Felt who was as nice a salesman as I had ever incountered. He knew the car, and was very easy to deal with. We arrived at a good price, my daughter drove her first new car home with only a handshake and a promise to pay in full on Monday. Great time buying her car, Thanks!

I am very pleased with the experience purchasing a vehicle from Murdock Cheverolet. I would consider myself rather "picky" when it comes to customer service - and the lack there-of in today's society - and was more than happy dealing with every person I came into contact with at the Murdock dealership. After finding a vehicle that interested me on-line, I made contact through email. Mike Pierce, the internet sales manager, was quick to respond and had Mr. Thornwall, a salesman, contact me as well. I set an early morning appointment and the car was parked out front and ready for a test drive upon my arrival. I wasn't pressured, and actually left for several other appointments, but was so impressed with both the vehicle and customer service that I returned later that day and bought my 'new' Suburban. I highly recommend Murdock Cheverolet and know I'll be returning if/when I need another new vehcile.

Murdock Chevrolet has become family (sing "We Are Family" :o) I really appreciate the work they've done with my vehicle(s). I also appreciate having the chance to work with so many good people.
