Terrible service. The car failed just in three months...
Terrible service. The car failed just in three months after $3,000 service. They are not accountable for their own service, and won’t give you the courtesy of diagnosing the failure. I spoke with Chris Iseman, who was extremely rude, would not hear had to say, kept disrespectfully interrupting me with “ hold on!!”, and hung up on me when I asked him not to interrupt me. Horrible. Will look for other places to service my Mercedes or buy a new one.

No customer service
After only 3 months and $3000 spent in yearly service, the car fails on three major basic points. I call Benzel Busch , I have been a regular customer since I bought the car, and the service man , Chris Iseman, behaves rudely, refuses to listen, interrupts constantly , tells me he doesn’t care if I never bring my car back and hangs up on me. Unbelievable and outrageous. No customer respect or service. The worst mercenary attitude, and no responsibility for their own costly repairs. Avoid the place! There are other solutions.

We're sorry you're unhappy with our performance. Please be advised that in September your vehicle was here for maintenance service and a battery replacement. There were no malfunction displays present, and you reported no other problems. This is a new condition that will require diagnostic time in order to determine what repairs are needed. Car was brought in for two recalls, from drop off to pick up everything was smooth and very professional. No matter whom we came in contact with they were polite, courteous and very quick. My car was returned to me when promised.

Amazing Experience
I was not expecting to walk out with a new card. James spent half the day with me helping me out with several different scenarios. He also took the time to take me out for a test drive in a car he was sure I was not going to purchase. After the test drive, I fell in love with the AMG SLC 43 and told him I wanted to take it home. He made it happen!!!!!!

Amazing Staff
Louis Gallo is the best sales person Ive ever met. This is my third lease and couldnt be happier. If youre looking to buy look for Louis.
