Great certified pre-owned sales experience
This was my first purchase from Benzel Busch and certainly not my last. Mike Ippolito, my service rep, was very helpful and knowledgeable. He was very transparent and helped me to weigh my options as the dealership had an inventory of 2019 CPO. I ended up with a great price and was given a thorough tutorial on my vehicle.

David Tangen is a very good service advisor. He was completely transparent through the process and extremely thorough in helping me initiate a claim with the NY Port Authority, who completely annihilated my car during transport due to their negligent tow and lack of proper tools. I was stuck on the I-95 (my car completely died) and Mercedes roadside assistance had to direct me to the Port Authority because that roadway is restricted. I watched as the the Port Authority beat the xxxx out of my c300, damaging my wheel sensors and the underside of my car by using a tow hook and puncturing the underside. All that my car had wrong was a shot battery, and due to NY Port Authority’s poor service, they added $2,000 in extra damage for what should’ve been a $300 job. Now I have to go through the claim process which will likely take months of my time to recoup the difference. If it wasn’t for David (who spent 3 days chasing down A FORM), I likely still wouldn’t have the claim form or the guidance I need to get my money back. Thanks for your help David, you are a good dude and excellent at your job.
