Great Service!

This was my first time buying a car, and I was pretty clueless. Larry was very helpful, informative, and patient and I was able to drive home with my new car the same day.

Another Great experience at All American Ford

Once again AAF cones through. Ken Whyte is simply amazing at what he does. I actually feel that he genuinely cares about me and respects my time.

GREAT SERVICE & PEOPLE

Jim Sabino, Service Director and Jason Nazco, Service Writer, are both extremely professional, helpful, address all my questions/concerns, etc., & are some of the reasons that keep me coming back to All Amercian Ford as a happy & satisfied customer.

Great service

I arranged the lease of a 2015 Ford Fusion SE through email with Vivian Zarate. Her correspondence was fast and the information she provided was complete and accurate. She gave me quotes on the Fusion as well as the Focus Hatchback as soon as I requested it, whereas I struggled to obtain quotes from other dealerships in my search for the best quote. She was very professional and very friendly. The same goes for Larry Rubin, who I dealt with at the dealership. Larry knew exactly what he was doing. He was very professional, thorough in his overview of the vehicle and everything that goes with it, and had great answers to all my questions. Larry also showed me everything I needed to know about the vehicle. I was very satisfied with my All American Ford Hackensack experience, and I would not hesitate to continue my business with them in the future and refer friends to them.

Great experience!

Service manager Rich was great. Got me in. Took care of my car. Got me out to enjoy the rest of my day off. It's people like him that keep me a loyal customer of the dealership.

excellent sales staff, great communications with the sales manager Joe Fischer and the owner John took his time to come on the sales floor to introduce himself and thank us for coming in.

Rubin was great. .Service Center Terrible

Larry Rubin. Otherwise I probably wouldn't deal with you guys. Besides him I have had some terrible experiences w All American.

It was clean and friendy place to make apointment.

It was fast and very nice accommodation in the site I the way they checked and advised what is needed to be done and by knowing my waiting time was very limited they took care if the car very fast, thanks again.
