False advertising. This dealer is a bait and switch location. They advertise one price online and will not honor it when you are ready to buy.

Service

My experience is always great.. I woulda gave 5 stars, but I chose to give 4 because I dropped my car off at 8 in the morning before work, and I had to call them @ 4pm to see if it was ready and they hadn’t even started working on it yet. I get off at 4:45 and was told the car would be ready by 5. So when I got the call to pick it up around 5:05, I felt rushed cause they were about to close so I woulda had to wait until the next day to pick up my car.. Luckily I work 6 minutes away and was able to walk to pick it up. Other than that, excellent service and workers…

I was given a price for my trade and I still had to pay the service charge over $300 when I knew what was wrong when we towed my truck there
