My wife’s Escape and my Edge needed servicing, so we made

My wife’s Escape and my Edge needed servicing, so we made an appointment to get them serviced together. We were greeted by Ashley and Alan who were fantastic. My wife’s car needed minimal servicing (oil change, tire rotation, and multi-point check). The car was serviced in less than an hour. My car on the other hand needed the same service as my wife’s as well as my rear view camera and left directional signal, so we left it there to be serviced after we had the Escape returned to us. A few hours later I received a call back from Alan but missed it, so I called back and spoke with Ashley. She explained my car needed a lot more work than I had described but not to worry, because it was covered by my warranty, and they would do their best to get it to me as soon as possible. We appreciate the professionalism, timeliness, courtesy, thoroughness, and honesty provided by the staff at All American Ford. Thank you Ashley and Alan! We’ve been coming here for years and plan on keeping it that way.

Jose reached out to me regarding our lease that we were on the fence on renewing due to the cost of leases today. I explained that we were considering extending my lease until we figured out our next step and he asked me what our parameters were with regards to wants and cost. He was able to get me in a new car with nearly similar payments and it was a sign and drive. This happened within a couple of hours and I explained that I would not be able to get there until the next day but I had 1 hr window to make it happen. It was the most painless experience at a dealership ever. They had the finance paperwork ready to go and we were in and out in less time than I expected. My youngest daughter even slept through the whole ordeal in the old vehicle while everything got set up. I would definitely come back over and over again for my car needs from that experience.

I was treated like part of the ford family , The gentleman who picked me up when my car was finished at my house was a pleasant person he made me feel very comfortable with his driving , I will be using all American for all my car needs .

Show Room - A Must See !!!

There for a recall. Show Room has incredible photos of SPORTS Celebrities. Was a little disappointed that wheel covers weren’t shined … lots of brake dust there, probably from recall issue. However, other than that - really cool 😎 vending machines & comfort space - while waiting 4 work to B completed. Overall, so far, so good 😊

Great service

Had an easy time buying our new truck. No pressure just a good deal. Went to service department to have them install the cover on the bed, again easy. Nice people, arranged for a ride to work for me, and the job was done quickly.

Amo la Ford Explore, amo conducirla

DEBIDO A QUE SIGO CREYENDO QUE FORD ES EL MEJOR VEHICULO DEL MERCADO. Amo la Ford. FUI POR PRIMERA VEZ A AAF VÍA UN RECALL. El personal de recepción del área del taller fue muy cortes, en cambio Tatiana al no hablar español fue muy Fria poco diligente en hacerme sentir bienvenido allí y aún mostrándole yo 8 puntos, 8 issues/ problemas que me manifiesta el Vehículo, Tatiana llamó a un joven que habla español. Este solo miró el texto que yo redacté en mi teléfono celular y NUNCA SE MOLESTARON NI EN PREGUNTARME NADA SOBRE LOS 8 ISSUES DEL VEHÍCULO, solo me dijeron cada uno cuesta 209.00 dólares solo el diagnóstico. Le dije pero sin ver realmente esos problemas solo porque se los estoy solicitando??? Si. US$209 cada uno Solo el diagnóstico. Dígame si la desea realizar. Le dije no, por favor háganme el RECALL POR EL CUAL VINE. Me dijo el joven que habla español, puede sentarse si desea esperar el auto, si, eso hice. UNA HORA DESPUES : Pregunte a Diana (habla español pero no tiene paciencia para hablar con personas que solo hablan español y no hablan bien el inglés). Le pregunté si hay algún servicio de garantía extendida que pueda cubrirme parte de esos issues. NO, ME RESPONDIÓ, solo me dijo qué hay me acercara a la persona que me recibió y le pida más detalles debido a que Si tienen una App para ganar puntos o solicitar yo una Tarjeta de crédito. Pues procedí a seguir en el lobby esperando, me tome un excelente té y café, si. Muy bueno. MAS TARDE TATIANA ME LLEVO UNA HOJA Y ME DIJO SU VEHÍCULO YA ESTÁ EN EL ESTACIONAMIENTO, ESTA LISTO YA y me entrego la llave y se fue. REALMENTE ESTOY APRENDIENDO INGLÉS , pero me sentí muy mal atendido debido que NO SOY MECANICO. Si mi auto FORD QUE AMO ESTA MARCA Y ES MI 4ta FORD EXPLORER QUE HE COMPRADO EN MIS ÚLTIMOS 12 AÑOS. Pero no soy Mecanico. Si voy por un servicio entiendo que lo más sencillo era hacer una validación de lo que pido punto por punto . Decirme de estos issues podemos hacer este , este y este a este costo la reparación luego de haber realizado el DIAGNOSTICO Y MÁS SI YA ESTABA YO ALLÍ POR UN LLAMADO RECALL. Por lo menos hacerme y darme una simple cotización de los hallazgos que pudieran encontrar después de haber hecho el RECALL. All American Ford, excelente tradición de Servicio, calidad y garantía por eso elegí sus instalaciones. ES UNA GRAN EMPRESA PERO DEBEN REFORZAR EL PERSONAL DE OFICINA Y NECESITA TENER TIEMPO Y ATENCION DE CALIDAD PARA ATENDER CLIENTES QUE AMAN LA MARCA FORD PERO NO SON BILINGÜE EN INGLÉS. Dicen por ahí, que no hay una segunda oportunidad para causar una primera impresión.
