Bob Thomas Ford Lincoln North

First, the vehicle I bought was reported as having no accidents however there is a dent that was pulled out on rear driver side wheel well that I was not told about. Second, was told the vehicle would be detailed and washed which was not done. Third, there were only three floor mats that were still in the back - they couldn’t even put those down for me. Not very happy with Bob Thomas Ford. I wouldn’t recommend buying from them.

They were so amazing explaining and going through everything with me. They were some of the nicest people I’ve ever met definitely an amazing experience

Had excellent experience with the purchase of Ford Edge Sport. I spent most of the day there with my undecided ....should I or shouldn't I buy this vehicle, with absolutely no pressure, just patience and honesty. We were able to juggle the trade in value of my older vehicle a little where I was comfortable to make the transaction. I trust that they will work with me if any issues arise and look forward in doing more business with BobThomas in the future.

Was very pleased with the car buying process of my Ford Fusion. There were a few people involved in the process and they did a great Job! Was able to do most of the process electronically and when I went in to sign paperwork was quick and efficient.

Service department had my vehicle for multiple days and didn't look at it until I called. Even then it was just a "we will work it in as we can" response which means I am without a vehicle until my repairs are done. Will not be going back. Their service department evidently isn't capable of doing anything other than oil changes.

Buddy Johnson was great to work with and he did everything possible to help me find the Explorer I wanted at a fair price. This is the second car I have purchased from him and he does a great job.

Rich Brown did an excellent job in putting the deal together in a short period of time. I would recommend him to anyone interested in a new car or truck.
