Bought my 2018 F 150 at Bob Thomas my buying exper
Bought my 2018 F 150 at Bob Thomas north a few weeks ago. The whole process of dealing on a vehicle is something Iam glad I don’t have to do very often never had a good experience that changed with this vehicle. My salesman was Buddy Johnson the nicest salesman I have ever worked with he was not pushy bent over backwards to help me before and after the sale a true asset to the company. I will be back.

Dishonest! My wife and daughter looked at a 2018 Ford Explorer Sport on a Friday. When they opened the driver side back door, the door handle fell off. The salesman said the car still needs to go through the service department for its inspection still as they had just got it in and they will fix anything that's wrong. Saturday, My wife and I test drove the vehicle. I noticed it pulled to the right and the steering wheel was a little off. I said to the salesman that it needs a front end alignment. I also showed him the door handle issue again. Again, he said everything will be taken care of before we take delivery. During the week, we were negotiating the price, I asked for the front end alignment and new tires as the right front tire is waring out faster than the other tires. He said they will not replace the tires but service department can do the alignment. We picked the vehicle up on the following Friday. Within a mile, I could tell the front end alignment was not done. I would have went back but they closed as we left. On Saturday, my wife had to clean the inside window as they were still dirty. When doing this the door handle fell off. So no service work or clean up was done to the vehicle. I called the salesman and he said we will have to make an appointment with service. Later that week, we stopped in. Salesman gave us the business card of the Service director. I call but does not call me back. I called again and this time our salesman called me back. He said we need to pay for the front end alignment and check to see if the door handle was covered under the warranty. Now he's saying they never agreed to repair the vehicle before delivery. The vehicle cost $41,000. We paid $30,000. in cash. I don't understand why a dealership would lie to make a sale and then try to profit again after the sale for something that was told they would fix before the sale. Dishonesty.

Purchased my 20th Ford from Jim Klein at Bob Thomas Ford North on Coliseum Blvd in Fort Wayne, IN. I ordered a 2021 F150 King Ranch PowerBoost with most features available.
