Billy Capo was amazing!
Billy Capo was amazing! This dealership had the exact 2023 Ford Bronco that i wanted and I live 2 hours away. From our first conversation over the phone to meeting in person, Billy was so welcoming and personable and made the whole process so easy and also fun! Even after I left the dealership I had some questions and he was able to help me out. I 10/10 recommend Ray Price Ford and Billy!

Happy New owner of 2020 Rogue. Will Capo was a blessing he stayed with me through whole process. I planned to buy car before snow storm, go home and empty my car for trade. Then I would pick up later in week. Will knew I lived a distance away. Will helped clean out my car and walked me through financial paperwork switch my insurance and I was very excited to leave that day with my new car! push bad cars threw
Bought a 2021 bronco sport in shop for brake boost it was supposed be gold certified. Found out car was in shop in july for brakes. I never got anything on warranty or the inspection 175 point inspection. Told them I did not feal save want my money i put down on another car. They claim depreciation value. they also maybe me wait 2 weeks before bringing it for service. Car is in shop waiting for parts also there is fire recall on it too. I will

Don’t purchase from them. I’ve had my truck for 6mo and it’s been in there shop for 3 of those months . I get excuse after excuse and different stories from different people from general manager to sales people to service people . They don’t know what they are doing. Truck still in there shop and no closer to being fix from day 1. Incompetent is the nicest word I have for them.
