Service tech and employees were nice and helpful.
Service tech and employees were nice and helpful. Car was promised for pick up when I got out of work and I had to wait an additional 45-60 minutes once I got there- being 7 months pregnant, this was hard. Employee who rang me out told me my car was washed complimentary which made me feel better about the wait and I got out to my car and it was not washed. Long waits at this service center and car has never been ready when promised.

Worked with Omar, kept me In The loop during the time it was there, repair did not get done because the evercare Warrentee I was sold when I bought the car denied the claim for a transmission work. Now I have to fight with Warrentee people.
