I have had nothing but great service from Lake Manawa...

I have had nothing but great service from Lake Manawa Kia. This is the second Kia I have purchased from Lake Manawa and I am very happy with my whole sales experience. Michelle was just wonderful in trying to get us through the sales process as wuickly as possible so we could get home before a storm hit. If I ever have need to purchase another car it will be from Lake Manawa Kia.

He was disrespectful. He was offensive. The car was way over priced. When we started to talk numbers he literally started yelling at me. NEVER giving them my business.

Justin was extremely friendly got a hold of me really quickly after I submitted my online application and was really great with following up with me during the whole process. He worked really hard to get me in to my car and he got me into an extremely nice car. I love it. My overal experience with Lake Manawa was awesome.

Friendly staff, worked with me to get exactly what I wanted. They will not let you leave unless you are happy with what you are getting. I would definitely buy from them again, and will be telling my friends to go see them! Zach Mahoney is the man to talk to, and if you are shopping online, make sure to hit that chat box, Dawn was a big help before I even got into the store, had everything lined up for me to look at for the appointment I had set up.

My husband and I cam in to find a car and needed one...

My husband and I cam in to find a car and needed one right away. Ric was very helpful and listened to what I wanted. He showed me a few options, however was able to locate what we wanted and needed very quickly which made the car buying experience much more enjoyable. I dreaded this task, but Ric made it fun, quick and painless. He is great to work with and will have no problem with sending others his way if they are looking for a car. Thanks!!

I CAME IN TO BUY A NEW VEHICLE AND WAS INTRODUCED TO...

I CAME IN TO BUY A NEW VEHICLE AND WAS INTRODUCED TO MICHELLE WHO WAS GREAT AT FIRST SHE FOUND ME EXACTLY WHAT I WANTED THEN THINGS GOT HECTIC AND WHEN I WOULD ASK WHAT THE AMOUNT WAS OF THE VEHICLE OR WHAT I WAS BEING GIVEN FOR A TRADE IN I COULD NOT GET AN ANSWER. I LEFT WITH THE VEHICLE AND CALLED MICHELLE FIRST THING MONDAY MORNING TO FIND OUT WHAT WAS GOING ON AND WHEN I ASKED AGAIN WHAT THE DOLLAR AMOUNT WAS THAT WAS BEING SENT TO THE BANK WAS I WAS TOLD LET ME LOOK AT THE REBATES AND I WILL CALL YOU BACK THAT WAS AT 1PM I CALLED BACK AT 730PM AND STILL HAVE NOT HEARD BACK I EVEN CALLED THE DEALERSHIP TO TALK TO THE FINACE DEPARTMENT AND COULD NOT GET A CALL BACK FROM THEM EITHER. TOTALLY FRUSTRATED I DO NOT THINK ITS UNREASONABLE TO ASK HOW MUCH I AM GOING TO BE PAYING FOR A VEHICLE OR TO FIND OUT HOW MUCH I AM BEING GIVEN FOR MY TRADE IN. WILL GO TO LINCOLN AND BUY THE SAME CAR THERE AND I AM SURE THEY WILL TELL ME HOW MUCH THEY WANT FOR IT AND WHAT MY TRADE IN IS WORTH

Teddy was very fun to shop with, he knew exactly what i wanted. I am 16, this is my first car and i am very happy with it. My brother knows Tim, Chuck, and Heath from highschool and led our hunt for a car to Lake Manawa. Everyone was so knowledgable and easy to talk to, and made the whole experience less stressful and more fun to do. My mom says we will only go back to Lake Manawa. The guy at the bank part of it was AWESOME! and my mom says this was the best carbuying experience she's ever had. The other places she has been wre awful and it wasn't like that here.
