I came in for a routine oil change.

I came in for a routine oil change. I waited patiently in the lobby. There were a few people ahead of me waiting for their cars. Since it seemed fairly busy, I didn’t bother any of the service employees. After seeing everyone taken care of in front of me, to include a number of people that arrived after me, I finally asked what was going on. I had been waiting 1 hr 30 min by this time. Service told me they were rotating the tires. 30 min later, I looked at my vehicle in the garage with the hood up and no one working on it. Service told me they were tightening the lug nuts. I finally had to demand my vehicle back. After a 2 hr 10 min oil change, they finally gave me my vehicle. No explanation. I am going to find another Nissan dealer. This was not a positive experience.

Everyone is so nice and happy.

Everyone is so nice and happy. Great experience with them after moving to Medina. Things are explained to me being a single woman whose used to have a husband that handled all of this. He passed away.
