I was very disappointed in their service.

I was very disappointed in their service. They lied and said I had nails in my tires that could not be fixed and my tires were too worn out, even though the tires were 14 months old. Thank goodness I took my car to the place I bought the tires and they plugged the tires and said I had plenty of tread. I will never take my car to a Nissan dealership to be serviced ever again.

The service dept was wonderful to work with.

The service dept was wonderful to work with. They brought my car in and kept me updated on the status. They have always been fair with the work performed and the price of the repairs. It is a busy season for them -I'm back in my car and on the road. They added an oil change for my time. I trust them and the work they do.
