We recently purchased a certified 2014 Ford Escape from Bob Thomas Ford. Anthony Oliva was the sales representative and we could not have asked for a better person to interact with. Tony was meticulous in his review of the car and all the information that could otherwise prove to be overwhelming. No pressure and a comfortable atmosphere is what brought us to Bob Thomas after searching several other dealers in and out of state. Follow on phone calls after the purchase to check on customer satisfaction help to make the customer feel confident they made the right decision to make the purchase and trust the dealer. Painless, pleasant experience .

New Car Leasing Experience
After many years of having my non-Ford vehicle serviced at Bob Thomas Ford, I was considering a new purchase/lease. My Service Advisor for 10+ years, Ed Liebel suggested I speak with Glenn Sawyer, xxx't Sales Manager. Glenn and I met and he was very cordial and knowledgable and put together a proposal for leasing a 2015 Fusion recognizing the competitive offers I had received.We were getting fairly close to a deal with a few outstanding negotiating points that needed to be resolved. Glenn called in Colby, the Sales Manager, who reviewed the plans and finalized the deal. During this time, I had two test drives with John Danbury who was outstanding in his detailed knowledge of the operating features and rtechnology of the vehicle. He was better than the manual...When it came time to do the financial, I sat with George who worked out the best arrangement for me based on my needs and reviewed it step by step and clarified each point in the process. During this entire experience it was truly a team effort ,,The group was courteous,efficent and professional.making it a very positive buying experience at Bob Thomas Ford. I will be relaying this day to my friends and colleagues who may be interested in acquiring a vehicle

First Time Service Visit
I just had my Mercury Grand Marquis serviced here after have trouble getting the car into the selling dealership. Bob Thomas Ford took my car without an appointment and did the oil change and brake job without issue. The car was done in about 4 hours (not bad considering I just showed up without an appointment). They also honored my Ford service coupon and gave me a certificate for free replacement front pads as long as I own the vehicle.

After a trio of horrible visits to my dealer, I decided to take my CHEVY to the Ford dealership a quarter mile up the road to perform my service. Great service all around - my wife even purchased a car from them!

Best From Start to Finish
If your looking for a great bunch of people to work with the Bob Thomas staff is the one. Customer friendly, professional and able to work with you. Everyone I met with, Colby the general manager, Tony in showroom, George and Julie in financing worked with me to get the best price for the vehicle I wanted. I have purchased vehicles before but have never experienced kindess and professionalism like this before. I would recommend anyone looking for a new car to visit Bob Thomas Ford. You WILL walk away a HAPPY customer. I know I will be returning for service and another purchase in the future.

Great car buying experience
Went to Bob Thomas Ford for a new car. First of all they seem to have the best selection of cars in the area, possibly the state. Tony Oliva was our salesman, and he is the best. He showed us all the features of the car, answered all our questions; both my wife and I test drove the vehicle. Everything was done as promised, car was ready on schedule, etc. After the sale, when we got the car home, we noticed a scratch across the dash that is hard to see unless the light hits it. Even though the scratch affected two large pieces of plastic, Tony arranged to have the pieces replaced, and sure enough the repair was done for free, and we have a perfect car. By the way, the new Ford Escape's are wonderful in every way and quite nice looking in my opinion. We are satisfied customers.

Unnecessary Alignment
Bob Thomas Ford recommended an unnecessary wheel alignment for my car. When asked whether the recommended alignment was necessary, Gary Shelomis, service manager, confirmed that it was necessary and that it needed to be fixed before I could drive my car. Because of the $130 price of the alignment, I asked for second opinions from Firestone and Town Fair Tire. Both reviewed a printout of Bob Thomas Ford?s alignment measurements and advised that an alignment would not be ?necessary? and that $130 would be excessive for an alignment even if it were necessary.

First and importantly is an apology for not responding to this review which we did not receive notice of until recently. About 2 years ago the dealership installed a brand new, state-of-the-art alignment system and offers all customers a no charge alignment check. I can't answer for Firestone or Town Fair Tire's opinion but Bob Thomas Ford's state-of-the-art alignment equipment tested your vehicle and the results were that the vehicle needed an alignment. The competition may have been trying to compete with the dealership on price by telling you that $130 is an excessive fee for an alignment along with telling you that the alignment. The dealership is not interested in selling unnecessary alignments as the department is always very busy with service work on other customers' vehicles. Hopefully you'll come back to us in the future and give us another opportunity to you that we have your best interest in mind!
