Dealership was accomodating in providing a loaner car, when we needed it. But more customer friendly service hours are needed.

I was there on Nov. 9th and had my usual service on my escape. When all was complete the young lady brought my keys to me and said this one is on us and thanked me for my service. I had a battery go bad and Wendy was able to schedule me for the next day. I brought the car in, the new battery was installed and I was on my way within 1-1/2 hours.
