I purchased a used 2004 Jaguar X-type with 70,000 miles from Mercedes-Benz of North Olmsted. The owner, Bernie Moreno, quickly answered my direct emails to him and connected me with his sales team. Jon Lingelbach was quite solicitous of my needs throughout the process. Buying used always has it's unknowns, but this was the easiest car purchase I've ever made - seems to be priced fairly and the service was solid.

The service I received at the dealership was very good. The salesperson was very patient and did not pressure me into buying. She let me make my own choice and seeked to find what I was looking for. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who is seeking to have a salesperson that listens to what you want.

Our experience with the collection auto group has been great all around. From my first contact with them we received nothing but professional service. I contacted them about the vehicle that we were interested in and they called back and were interested in doing business with us. Our salesman was Mitch and he is very professional, knowledgable and helpful. He and the sales manager even found a better rate that the one we had on our pre approval! The did not waste our time and took care of everything very quickly. We were both pleasantly surprised by that. Everyone that we dealt with at the dealership was professional and courteous. The same goes for their Buick/GMC dealership which is very close to our home. When it is time for our next auto purchase we will be giving them a call.
