It was a very good experience I had in buying a Mercedes, better than my last. He is both professional and friendly which makes a good combination when buying a car. Ceil Cohen treated me with the utmost respect and professionalism she was very helpful I travel 500 miles one way to see the vehicle and when I arrived the vehicle was waiting for me my first time using a car loan and the team made it a breeze for me. The only complication was from my bank which they corrected the issues and I got the vehicle that I truly wanted.

Dee was great from the begining to end of the process, she explained everything and made me feel like I was talking to my aunt or close family member.
