I think that your service department needs some training

I think that your service department needs some training on customer service . They need to keep the customer informed of what is going on Like when the tire they were ordering didn't come in or when the wrong one came or when the tire they ordered to replace one on the car was discontinued

Cannot say enough about the quality of service I

Cannot say enough about the quality of service I received! They were great from start to finish! it was easy to schedule, and I was able to use a loaner car, I was greeted immediately upon arrival and George, that handled my car was extremely professional! Overall great service!

Very friendly dealership, I was greeted upon arrival and staff was very friendly. Pam took her time showing me the car’s features. Jon the sales manager gave me a great deal And I’m very happy with the car! Pam took the time to sync my phone to the car and helped me explore the features again. Pam was a pleasure to work with.

Pam was a pleasure to work with. She even gave me her cargo container that she no longer uses. I’m very happy. The car is comfortable, rides well, and has power seats, power hatchback, heated seats and heated steering wheel.

Brought my car in for an oil change.

Brought my car in for an oil change. John was very helpful and made a copy of my maintenance plan document so the service department would have it for future appointments. Oil change was done fast and completed at the time estimate given.
