Went through E-Check with a plate that was not able to be

Went through E-Check with a plate that was not able to be transferred. The back brake light on my truck is not working my oil gauge is flickering back and forth the needle I noticed this after I had taken a trip for 45 minute ride I'm hoping they take care of this especially what I paid for it

I was very appreciative that they were able to get me in

I was very appreciative that they were able to get me in as quickly as they did for oil change and I rotate on my 2019 Edge, however I’ve been at this dealership many times and they always rotate the tires improperly and I think they should start doing them properly according to the owners manual and the service manual. They have ruined many sets of my tires and I think they should start doing it correctly! I was a Ganley employee for many years and I know that technicians don’t always do what they’re supposed to but that’s no excuse.

I came for a recall, and left without rear wiper

I came for a recall, and left without rear wiper arm,broke off in the car wash.

Everything about my car buying experience was 5-stars!

Everything about my car buying experience was 5-stars! I was out of state and Mark made sure I had everything lined up, paperwork ready, sent extra pictures and video of the vehicle, great communication and everything was so transparent and up front. The vehicle was in EXCELLENT condition, and priced so much better than others on the market. I can’t say enough good things! I drove 9 hours to purchase this vehicle, and it was 100% worth it!
