My experience with Sales was top notch 5-stars. My first experience with the SERVICE Department could not have been more frustrating. Six days ago I bought a new Jeep Gladiator Rubicon including a premium warranty. Upon filling up the gas for first time I noted the gas cap tether was broken and quickly visited the Bosak Jeep service department to have it replaced. The service department, whose website says "Customer Satisfaction is our #1 priority" said it wasnt covered because it was a plastic piece, and replacing it would cost me $54. Brand new Jeep Gladiator Rubicon, bought six days ago, I noted the broken tether upon my first fill-up, and the technician said they would not cover it, and his Service Manager wouldnt be in until tomorrow if I wanted to discuss it further. I would give ZERO stars if I could

Had some issues with service department, however, manager David took extra steps to make sure that all was made right and I was happy in the end. Due to his extra care I would come back again!

They diagnosed my check engine light on 2/8/24 and had it

They diagnosed my check engine light on 2/8/24 and had it repaired by 2/9/24. Only had my vehicle 1 day. I was highly impressed with the promoted service. I would highly recommend to bring your Jeep vehicle in for service at Bozak.
