This Merrillville dealership is the best in Northwest Indiana. Every time I take my Jeep in they have the best mechanics on duty, who are able to get my car fixed on time. I would highly recommend this dealership to my friends and family. Great place two thumbs up!!!!

I bought a used truck from them.
I bought a used truck from them. The truck itself was great until it broke down. I have a warranty so I had it towed there on a Sunday. Well when I called the next morning a man in the service department was super rude to me when I was TRYING to tell him what was going on. Then I was told they couldn't find my truck, THEN they lost my keys to my truck and blamed the tow truck driver for not giving them. My fiance went up there with our NEWBORN daughter for them to tell him just buy a new key, or make the tow company buy a new one(the key is 400 it has a chip). Well I ended up leaving work EARLY because they wanted to give him the ring around. I called the tow truck driver and he had proof he dropped everything off and said this is why he didn't want to bring our truck to bosak. When I got there they found the key claimed it was in a different truck the keys got mixed up but the truck they claimed it was mixed up with was already in the shop and on its way out. I was told sorry our bad. They lost customers today. You don't text someone you can't find their truck and then say the tow truck driver never gave your keys. Honestly the sales department is great the service department is TERRIBLE. Now they want me to pay for repairs that is not covered on my 4000 dollar warranty i bought. But want me to look past the fact I had to leave work early, they "lost" my truck, and they lost my keys. So if you want your vehicle lost, your keys lost, and rude service this is the place to go. The picture attached is my lost truck they couldn't find in front of their gate.
