Horrible horrible service

Took my brand new jeep with 8400 miles in for service. Brought up the fact me key was working improperly. Originally the service writer was going to get it warranted out but talk to the service manager who said it was not broken. I called to talk to the service manager he was rude and completely unprofessional. Mind you I just bought a $43,000 car from them the day before. All he had to do was say they could not duplicate it and that would’ve been fine but the way he handled it was completely out of line. They switched up the service people and it has gone downhill tremendously. I would take your car to any dealership other than this place I would not even recommend this place to put air in your tire. I have now taken my concerns to FCA and the Better Business Bureau

Went in to Purchase a new Jeep Renegade.

Went in to Purchase a new Jeep Renegade. Saw it advertised on the internet during the day. Went to finalize the deal and they had $2,900 in detailing fees on top of what was advertised. So in the year 2022, they are still doing the the scotch guard trick. Went to another dealer that evening, had a similar jeep with the same internet pricing, walked in no scotch guard scam and walked out with a new jeep.

Charged me $300 to change a light bulb, not once did the service rep come and explain nor tell me what the price would be prior to install, who does that?? I would never have my car serviced there again.

Extremely rude and arrogant sales rep (Tim McCormick).

Extremely rude and arrogant sales rep (Tim McCormick). Multiple calls regarding pricing of a Pacifica they have on their lot. Made it very clear that I wouldn’t pay over sticker and they were adamant that they don’t do that. Back and forth and they tried the typical deceptive practice of throwing in over $3000 of dealer added options that weren’t asked for.

Thanks for the great experience!!

We just purchased a 2021 Durando R/T on 10/19. Our Salesperson was Chris R. The entire process was stress free. Chris is not your "typical" car salesman. He is honest, straight forward, friendly, and places zero pressure on the customer. We are 100% satisfied with our purchase and how we were treated by the entire staff at Bosak.
