Bought a New Jeep Patriot from Zachary Smith!

Greatest Car Buying Experience of my Life

My husband and I are a Car Dealership's nightmare. It took us months to decide on a vehicle and trim level. Every week we would drop in and contemplate different vehicles and options. We worked with Ryan (Petey) Peterson. He was very helpful - not at all pushy. He always made it I priority to drop over and ask if we had any questions or wanted to see anything. He was able to determine our needs and likes in a car quickly and always was on the look-out for something he thought we'd like. We eventually decided to get a Buick LaCrosse. The process took very little time and he was able to get us a great deal - I can't imagine getting a better price! Overall the experience was amazing - I would recommend to anyone buying a car. Ask for Petey! We'll never go anywhere else.

poor service department

I had a 10:00 a clock appointment to have my oil changed. I was in line waiting to pull into the service department at 9:50. Finally got pulled in at 10:10. Over the intercom was announced service you have a call on lines 2 and 3, then lines 1,2 and 3. The man working the counter only answered one call and he put them on hold. I was told it would be at least 1.5 hours. Why have an appointment. A lady who got there after me, was waited on before me that had parked her Jeep and walked up to the service counter. I bought my van in March of 2014 and every time I have taken it in for service, I have had a bad experience , having to wait because people not showing up for work, ect. When I went to pay and gave the cashier my punch card, she said I had to take it out to the service dept. and I told her I never had too before. She said she has worked there for 5 years and that's what I had to do. I gave her the card and told her I would never be back.

Purchased a used vehicle from Josh Hughbanks

Josh was an excellent salesman. Very courteous, knowledgeable about all of the cars available on the lot. He was able to identify specific makes and models that had the features that met my desired wish list. He listened and gave us the best deal possible in our minds. Our experience was pleasant and without any pressure to accept a deal that didn't meet our expectations. Rob Meyer helped me get a COOL Dodge Dart SXT

I came into this lot in search of a vehicle on a rainy afternoon. I wasn't sure quite what to get but Rob Meyer gave me a few options to look at. I found the vehicle that fit my comfort level, style, and safety features. Finally, Rob and I sat down and did some paperwork and they were doing everything they possibly could to help me out. Now here I am, happy with this new Dodge Dart. I want to thank Rob Meyer himself, Jeff and Key Auto Sales to help find the car that I wanted.

New Chrysler Town and Country owner

We had great service at Key Auto Mall in Moline IL. Our salesman Carlos Gomez was very helpful in finding the right minivan for us. We told him what we wanted and was quick to find a vehicle on the lot with all our requests. I would easily recommend this dealership and Carlos to anyone looking for a new vehicle.
