Wayne was awesome! He was really real with me. And he made the whole experience great. I already love my new car. It was pretty fast and everyone was great to deal with. He is the guy to go to when you need a new car.

Jay sold me my Jeep Renegade and it was a painless process!!! He did all the hard background checking for me and he went above and beyond to find me the that Jeep I wanted. It was a very difficult vehicle to find and he made everything so easy. He was extremely easy to approach and there has never been a time where i couldn't reach him if i had a question. I couldn't have asked for a better Salesman and will always plan to buy my vehicles from Jay!!

I had a horrible experience at Courtesy Ford I bought a 2012 Ford Fiesta and was having endless issues with it while my car was still under warranty. When I came to Key Randy and Rob were AMAZAING!!! They both went above or beyond what I was expecting from a dealership. I got an awesome deal on my new car and I will be telling EVERYONE about Key and how great their customer service is. Josh was absolutely amazing! Car salesmen I have dealt with previously can be very pushy and, frankly, make me very uncomfortable. This was not the case with Josh. He explained all of the pros and cons of both new and used vehicles. He worked with me on price as well to get me the best deal. I never imaged owning a BRAND NEW vehicle and now I do.
