Best deal/day of my life
Came in to KEY looking at new dodge challengers. Really nice, knowledgale, sales staff. Best sales person, and the greatest management team I've ever met. They went above and beyond to help me. got more than what I expected :) completely satisfied. Highly recommend this dealership. Will be back for any future vehicle purchases. only thing was a crazy lady and guy where yelling because they didn't want to pay for their challenger I believe and from what I over heard her she was saying about the numbers she was getting a great deal. She wanted a challenger RT but wanted to pay Ford Focus price for it. Other than that very great experience.

very enjoyable experience
I first would like to thank Brad Wallace and Jeff Smith for guiding me in the right direction in my lease of a new Ram 1500 today. They combined for over 40 years of experience in the auto business and it showed in their professionalism. I originally had in mind a stripped-down model. Unfortunately the strip down models have a higher residual than other models with more equipment. Brad and Jeff were able to recognize that and we're able to put me into a better truck for the lesser money. I couldn't be any happier. It was a great experience and that's why I would like to share it with you. I would recommend Key to all my family and friends.

A Complete Rip Off
I made a huge mistake by visiting this dealership and ended up storming out. I was shopping for Dodge Challengers and after taking a test drive I went in to start working out the details for the lease. The salesman was good, but the manager was clearly trying to rip me off. He came back with a lease amount that was $200 monthly higher than what it should have been. I found out that they were not only adding in a ton of extra charges, but somewhere in there was a massive amount of payment increase. While I was inquiring about how he came up with this price he proceeded to tell me that he was doing me a favor by finding me the car I wanted. At this point the conversation went south quickly. I went directly across town to Kimberly Car City and ordered by new car, got professional service, a good price, and was not insulted by the staff. Skip this crap dealership and go to Kimberly Car City.

Great service starting with Evan from the Internet sales to Rob the sales associate. Came to a quick agreement on the price of a pre driven vehicle. The whole staff was friendly and easy to deal with.
