Our New Jeep

We just decided to go looking for a new vehicle today. We needed a vehicle that rode more smooth than the one we had. Daniel Speight was very patient in finding us something that my husband was comfortable with. My husband has COPD, so sometimes being out and about can be hard on him. Daniel was so accomidating in all of his needs. This was the most pleasant experience in purchasing a vehicle we have ever had. If anyone needs help and someone who really cares about you as a person....ask for Daniel Speight. Thank you for such a pleasant experience!

Just bought a new-to-us car! So excited!

I am so pleased...

I am so pleased with Key Auto Mall for stepping up to the plate and resolving a problem with a used car I purchased. There was hidden body damage on the car I purchased and they could have said that I was responsible for that damage. I didn't see the problem until I had the car for over a week. But they realized that the problem was there before I purchased it. Thanks to Randy for his integrity and for being a honorable man. I will be purchasing a new car for my wife in the next 6 months and although I have been a Sexton man in the past, now I am a Key man. Thanks again.

Great Service

We bought a yellow Jeep Wrangler from Wayne Weems. We are repeat customers at Key Auto Mall. Randy Allison and Mr. Weems have gone above and beyond on our 3rd vehicle purchase. Great cars, great facility and excellent service. Couldn't be happier.

Rob was very helpful with making my decision to purchase the car with them. There was no pressure. I test drove the vehicle and then a week later returned to discuss the car. There was no pressure and everything was handled professionally and quickly.

Great Service!

Thank you Jim Wince for helping me find my new 2015 Mazda 3! I had a remote start and heated seats added to the car and Jim took care of it all for me! The dealership was easy to deal with and helped me to get in and out quickly. I live an hour away, but choose Key Auto Mall over local dealerships.

Fabulous service and salesman!!!!

Our salesman Jay was awesome and nothing like we perceived a car salesman to be! Friendly,knowledgable, and NOT PUSHY!! It was such a nice and unexpected experience that we came back after going to another dealership and got a CR-5. Do yourself a favor and come to this dealership first!!!

Great Customer Service, Great Service

Daniel Speight was an awesome sales man not pushy, and even stayed after the dealership was closed to see if I was interested in the vehicle I was looking at. I recommened in looking for him when coming to Key Auto Mall.

Rob Meyer helped get us into a new Chrysler 200!

We stopped in at Key and immediate were greeted by Rob Meyer. He showed us the different vehicles in our price range. We chose a new Chrysler 200 and Rob got us out of a vehicle we did not like. Braxton and Jeff (finance) helped us lower our previous car rate of 22.5% to only 4.5%. THAT"S CRAZY! Would definitely recommend Rob to any friend or family member.
