I never would have thought being at a dealership and walking out with a brand new car within a little over an hour. This is quite an outstanding change and improvement dealing with this dealership now. I have been a loyal customer (over 17 years) of this dealership. The service this time was very phenomenon. My wife and I went to this dealership this time, met with the Brand Sales Consultant, Mr. Brandon Carter and new General Manager, Mr. Tony Turco. It was so easy to find from the wide selection from their lot the car of interest to us. Understanding our need, they went straight working with us in terms of pricing, package, and availability, providing us best options without back and forth activities one would usually encounter at most dealerships when looking for a new car. The process was very cordial and professional. The sales consultant made sure that my wife’s needs for this car was accommodated. Mr. Turco was down to earth in transacting with us. He was visible, and did interreact very friendly. Perfect gentleman! I had my concerns several years ago dealing with past managers, but now with him as the new general manager, I am back and happily will do business with Napelton. Moreover, I will refer my friends to this and newly improved dealership.
