Juan Barnes. Very professional and knowledgeable. Very nice guy. Showed me a few cars. Fell in love with the Jaguar XF. took me for a test drive explain everything to me about the car. My experience started Dec2 2017 saw a car i liked on the internet called them for information liked what i was hearing so made the trip to I.N. Juan Barnes quickly interested him self asked me how he can help i told him i was in the market for a cadillac xts v sport he got the key & we when on a test drive with no pressure to buy told me about a the options & featurrs came back on the 9th did the paper work with no problem a few month's latter i got a flat called Juan about my 3in 1 bumper to bumper warranty he told he to come in he be happy to help me out with it got my tire replace & now thanks again to Juan at Napotion im back on the road service after the sale means a lot to me i told Juan in 6 years when im in the market for my Bentley Fying Spur i will come back to Him Thanks Napotion for everything

Joey D. is a consummate professional. He didn't pressure us. He didn't hover. He simply asked us about our needs and found a number of vehicles within our budget to test drive. We ended up buying a vehicle on the spot. Car shopping can be a stressful situation, but I didn't feel that with Joey D. He treated us like family. There was no flowery and pushy sales pitch.
