Vince Fiore, my salesman was great: very knowledgeable, had all answers, very professional, not pushy as most salespeople are. Roger Buss, General Sales Manager, introduced himself to me and he was very supportive to Vince, very professional: he wanted to make sure I was being taken care of. Tracy Harrington, most knowledgeable Business Manager I had ever met. I have bought several new cars but never have I met so many professionals none pushy salespeople. I had the best experience in purchasing this car.

Purchase on 2/13/18
Our experience was very good. We walked in late in the afternoon, drove several cars, and saw one in the showroom that was exactly what we were looking for. Vince Fiore was very helpful, spent as much time as we wanted, was not pushy, and allowed us to put a hold on the vehicle from Saturday until purcase on 2/13. He was knowledgeable about all of the vehicles, and answered any questions we have honestly. In addition, he had all of the paperwork ready for us when we came to take delivery. He also had the car we drove in get washed while we waited. He made this purchase easy for us, and was courteous and professional.

Very Relaxed and Successful
Me and my daughter was just looking to do some research on a vehicle and we ended up leaving the dealer with the car. Overall experience was 4 stars and everything went well. It’s a very nice vehicle. Our salesman Juan Barnes was excellent. Yes I would recommend the dealership and salesman!

Excellent Customer Service, Easy Transaction, Fair Price
Having lived in the area for many years, up until this past week, we have not had the pleasure of purchasing from this dealer. We stopped by on a Saturday and were immediately greeted by the GM, Tony, who then introduced us to our sales person, Vince. We had some specific requirements for a used vehicle, including price, features and mileage. We were provided a couple of potential used Mercedes and decided to drive a 2015 C300 4Matic. The car drove like new, with most of the options that we wanted in our next car. Usually, at this point, this is where the fun starts. You know the drill. Negotiating back and forth, discussing trade in values etc. This was no different at Napleton. However, the big difference is it was obvious they wanted to sell a car and, of course, we wanted to buy one. After finally agreeing to an acceptable price of the vehicle, along with a reasonable trade in value, we were ready to complete the transaction, and pickup the car later in the week. To our pleasant surprise, they allowed us to take a loaner home, we left the trade in, and made arrangements to pickup the car later in the week. All in all, a smooth, easy transaction. The way buying a luxury automobile should be. While I am leaving this as a 5 star review, if 1/2 stars would be available, I probably would have given Napleton 4 1/2 stars. Why? One thing and one thing only. During the negotiations, the salesman will discuss with the GM pricing etc. He then returns with an "itemized" cost breakdown of the purchase price. This of course includes the obligatory "dealer documentation fees", which I have come to accept. However, there is a very vague line item on this cost sheet called "accessories". When I think of accessories, I think of additional after market add-ons. In this case, the only thing being accessorized is the dealership's profit. The $900 "accessory" charge could not be really explained, except to say that is is for something related to dealer overhead. While this ultimately was excluded from our pricing, my concern is that someone who is less informed or someone who is a neophyte at purchasing a vehicle from a dealer, would think that this is a required, legitimate fee. Napleton Executive Management: The above "accessories" fee diminishes the customer experience, proves that even with a luxury brand, your clientele is still subject to old school dealership tricks. And, generally disrupts an otherwise perfect customer experience. With all of that said, let me be clear. Napleton is a class organization, with quality people, fair prices and willingness to do what it takes to put you in the car of your choice. I highly recommend them. They will be my first point of contact whenever I am in the market for a car again and I will make sure that my friends and relatives also know that they should visit Napleton in Schererville for their new and used car needs.
