My wife and I went in to look for a new Volvo S60. We drove home with a beautiful new car. Napleton Volvo exceeded our car buying expectations. The staff was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. We left feeling that we got a great deal on a new car.

Car buying has never been tops on my "to do list". The Sales Consultant-Keith was respectful of my time and worked to put us in the right vehicle. The Sales Manager (sorry forgot his name-the man behind the scene) worked with me on my trade-in, the Business Manager-Tom was easy to talk to and explain the right financial package that best fit me. Even the youngman-Porter ( forgot his name-"good kid") went the extra mile to insure that my new car was ready to drive off the lot. This was my first dealing with this particular Dealership and the best that I can ever remember.

Shopping for a new SUV, I stopped at Napleton Nissan I was greeted by Keith Suplar. I told him that I wanted to take a Rogue for a test drive. I explained that I was comparing several vehicles and that I would decide within a week or so. He determined what model would best suit my needs and we took a drive. He gave me some pricing information and printed out an offer. After deciding that the Rogue was what I wanted, I called and asked about a different color than the one that I'd tried. Keith had a link sent to me with the information and pricing for THAT vehicle. When I came in to complete the deal, Keith was finishing up with another buyer, got me the keys for my Rogue do that I could drive it while waiting. The rest of the process only took a couple hours. I would recommend Keith and Napleton to anyone looking to buy a new car.

This was my son's first car purchase. He was a little nervous and wanted to be informed. Jerry was great, he took the time to explain and answer all of my sons questions. The business manager was also awesome. He was very patient explaining in detail the paperwork that my son signed, answering multiple questions, and giving him sound advice, as well as encouragement. As a mom I was very pleased. Overall we had a great experience. I would recommend Napleton Nissan. Thanks again for the great service.
