I took in my Jaguar for normal servicing and the overall experience was very good. Scheduling was efficient and when I took my car in the service department was ready and took my car at the agreed time. The tech did notice an additional problem with my brakes and I agreed to have it fixed, but that job could not be completed at that time because it was simply too big. So, I will return to the dealership next week for that brake job.

I have nothing but great experience on the service side. We have purchased 5 vehicles in the last 7 years & our sales rep Brandon & management have been great to work with. Our two recent purchases required some patience but in the end they made sure we got what we needed.

Bad service, the car wasn't fixed and promised a loaner car
This dealership sold me extended warranties for cosmetics and I paid $1950 for that and when I needed it they said that they no longer deal with that company and I lost that money and now I scheduled the car for Service and they promised me a loaner and when I got there there is no loaner . That's really bad service

Several years ago I brought my Jaguar into the dealership for a checkup, because the warranty was about to expire in several weeks. I made a point of asking that they check the battery. They said everything was fine, but three weeks later the battery died and it cost me $700 for service and then a tow and finally a battery at the dealership. The dealership said the car was past the warranty and I had to pay the full cost. Three years ago I made an appointment for my vehicle and when I arrived for service they stated that the Jaguar repairman was in training and that they could not service the car. I should mention that I live an hour from the dealership. In November I again brought the car in for a checkup and they said everything was in order. That the battery and brakes were fine. I asked because I heard a noise from the rear brakes. Several months later the noise grew worse and I made another point to bring in the car. When I arrived at the dealership they stated that they could not work on my car because (again) the technician was in training The dealership asked that I leave the car for several days and then called me the next day and stated that the car needed brakes. I finally picked up the vehicle and had the brakes repaired at another dealership..

Excellent dealership! Glad I went to Napleton Volvo!
I made up my mind that my next vehicle would be a Volvo XC90. I spent a good deal of time online researching dealerships along with their respective inventory. I have a number of Volvo Dealerships available in Chicagoland. However, even though it is an hour drive, Napleton of Schereville won my business. The Napleton team was very responsive to my email inquiries. After quickly receiving answers to all my questions, I scheduled an in-person visit. I was very surprised. All the persons I worked with at the dealership were outgoing and genuinely friendly. At no point did I feel pressured. I went in knowing what I wanted. The team worked with me on the price and ultimately won my business. I am a very happy customer of Napleton Volvo. It was absolutely worth the drive. It was such a good experience I felt compelled to write this review.

Nervous, but satisfied
It took me a minute to give a review because Im never okay with a big purchase regardless on how good the salesperson is or the deal. It has to sink in for me. It did! Glad Juan and Kendall were there for me to address my stress to. 😆
