You won't believe what happend Terrible! ,The worst experience I had ever had I am a loyal customer at Napleton Mercedes located in Schererville Indiana I have purchased multiple vehicles from them including my ,1.Mercedes E350 , then another 2.E350 3.ml550,4.Nissian Altima 5. Volkswagen Beetle , 6.Acura CL 7.Volkswagon Routine 8. Lexus Rs 9.ml350.10 Honda.Accord. My -11th- car I bought was C300 i am so loyal of a customer I would pay the EXTRA money to have my car towed all the way to there dealer to get it fixed when it broke even though I was in Chicago or further away and there were multiple Mercedes dealers on the way I could have had my car taken to ,so recently my car broke down so I had it towed to there dealer they replaced the starter under warranty when I picked the car up , I drove down the road and noticed my whole steering wheel was shaking every which way so I called the service advisor right away Gary and explained to him that I don't think they put the car back together right after the repair , he told me "that's fine just bring the car by when you can" I explained to him I don't think it was safe to drive the car so later he called me said he can get me a loaner car so I had the car taken there again they looked at it again and told me I need a new steering Column i gave the car to them with no problems besides the starter when I picked it up the steering wheel was shaking and moving every which the vehicle was dropped off issuer free of steering they even marked it on paper that steering had no issues on this vehicle I put the car there in perfect condition with no mechanical issues they damaged my car there and now refuse to fix it I haves reached out to Mark and the GM Roland and they haven't even botherd to get back to me i reached out to MB and no one is getting back to me. I have gave all my business and my hard earned money to this dealership and I guess I don't even deserve as much as a phone call back from anyone I don't know what's worse how I was treated or that they damaged my vehicle and refuse to fix it and I'm stuck paying more for a rental car then my car payment is jaajaajaa@icloud.com

Bad Business Practices
Terrible experience with this dealership. I bought a 2011 Mercedes and during the negotiation of the price we agreed on a one price. When I was checking paperwork later in the month after deal was done they wrote everything up for a higher price. I discussed with Sales Manager (Matt) and GM (Roland). Both were unwilling to revisit the mistake and as a result basically stole a few thousand dollars from me. Beware of bad business practices and make sure you double check any paperwork before signing. Better yet go to a different dealership.

Fabulous Service Experience
From the very minute Karen, the service manager, became aware of my problem with my vehicle she took over. Had a valet out to my office to pick my car up and leave a loaner for me to drive. I was then contacted by the service tech informing me of the problem. My Mercedes is 6 years old wit 130K plus miles. The tech took the time to look into the service needed and to my great surprise, the part was still under warranty! 10 years with unlimited miles for the hydraulic break compressor. I had never thought that anything on my car would still be under warranty but due to my tech's initiative and a little bit of research, Napleton saved me from paying for a very costly repair. Great Service
Overall, I had a good experience at Mercedes Benz of Schererville, IN. I had an excellent salesman, John Kalita. He made the buying process easy even though I ordered a specific vehicle and waited almost 8 months for a car. John found me an even better version of my car before mine was ready and shipped from the port. I did however, not have an excellent experience with the finance manager. Mercedes' finance manager was off the day I purchased my car so the Napelton Nissan finance manager came to do my paper work -- make sure you read all your paperwork and ask questions. I had to have my paperwork redone 4 times. He is not very pleasant to do business with and made me feel very uncomfortable so make sure you have the Mercedes finance manager do your paperwork. She makes you feel at ease and is a very nice, sweet person.

Great Service
I appreciate the effort made by all employees to assure customer satisfaction. Every part of the service was exceptional. Tony, Tracy, Joe, and the chauffeur were attentive and thorough as they performed their duties. I would not take my car anywhere else for service!

Great service
Very freindly and professional as soon as you enter the shop.( 4/15/14). Had a blow out due to pot holes and they had a tire for me asap. Grant was very accomodating. Also saw my salesman, Brandon Carter, who welcomed me and then made sure the car was also cleaned. Max was very outgoing offering me soda or coffee and letting me know when he had completed washing my car. Always a pleasure to visit. John Evans
