The worst service ever!!! See ya later Nissan!!

I always figured that I would always take my truck in to Napelton for any/all service knowing that I would be trading it back for another, but after this last bout I can say 100% that I'm done w/ them!! They took away the service vehicles that was great to have instead of renting. They never called to say where or when my alternator was going to be finished, The GM was disrespectful and not willing to work w/ me on any kind of reimbursement for length of time I had to keep the rental car. Second, I took the vehicle in for a noise my brakes were making, and when I told them it was the front, they said "no it's the rears" which they changed the rotors and pads, but the fronts still make the noise. I took the service mechanic on a ride to let him hear it and he agreed w/ me. Now I have to take it back w/o knowing if I have to pay again. I also called Nissan corporate about this and it's impossible to get and answer or call back! I have a case # and have submitted everything, but can't get an answer. This place is really turning into the most pathetic place to go BTW.. On of the guys on the floor was asking about a trade in of my truck and farted!! Right in front of me.. Totally weird

Oil change and some small service stuff, the process was smooth, accommodating and the employees were super friendly.

Help with a surprise

Purchased a Volvo for my wife's 50th birthday, 25th wedding anniversary. Many details coordinated to make sure it would be a surprise. Napleton helped me pull it off. Thank you!

worse service ever - why did you change your staff

had to wait 25 minutes to get car washed. the car was done with the service and the people were just standing around and not getting the car to me. I had to complain to the manager of service and he looked like I was bothering him instead of getting someone to get me the car. I have bought my last 3 cars from you but now I am thinking on changing to another dealership.

Great experience

We love the GLK. It is perfect. Our salesman was so determined to get us the exact car we were looking for and he succeeded. We are very happy.

Very pleasant and informative

My visit was very pleasant, went in for a service engine light problem and my service advisor was very courteous from start to finish. My service advisor contacted me during the repair to advise me of the corrected action needed for the repair. I was happy with the out come!

transmission repair

Service was amazing! I needed my transmission replaced and the dealer finished it the next day. They even supplied me with a loaner car. I would highly recommend this dealership for service!
