fixed my brakes

Service dept. was fantastic! Drove in with no appt. with brake problems and had never been to this dealership before. Fixed my brake problem within the time frame given (after another dealership I had been to 5 days earlier told me my brakes were fine) and I drove off happy. I will be using this Dealership from now on.

friendly employees

All the emplyees were very friendly and helpful! I found a car I absolutely love however as I was pulling off the car lot my gas light came on and the car was already on empty.

Prompt, quality service.

I took my Maxima into this dealership for routine maintenance. Service was quick and quality, and the staff I dealt with were informative and courteous.

Fit my needs perfectly, great service all around.

We walked into Schererville Nissan and were met with Jerry, who instead of trying to get us in a car, answered all our questions. We sat for nearly two hours while he enlightened us with how purchasing a car works. He listened to what I was looking for then had the perfect used SUV for me. There was no pressure, no hard sales.

Great Service

They were very professional in taking care of my repair. Everything was taken care of in a professional manner. Service department was very attentive. I felt this was a zero stress experience. When they finished I felt very satisfied.

Friendly amd fast.

I was concerned about undercarriage damage due to ice. The service department looked at my car and took very good care of me even though I didn't have an appointment.

Mercedes service

Sevice greeted me swiftly when I entered garage. They were courteous and didn't take a long time servicing my car which impress me considering the process. Also, I liked the checklist report card too.
