Great car

Salesman, including General Manager very helpful and creative in bringing about a sale. It is conveniently located near our home. We would absolutely purchase another car from them.

Great service, helpful representatives

I brought my car in to have the sunroof fixed, and they noticed that there were several recalls on my car that I had neglected to bring in. I had an issue fixed with another company that had fallen under the recall, so they helped me get credited for the amount of the other service.

NEVER, EVER, EVER GIVE THESE LYING, GREEDY "...

NEVER, EVER, EVER GIVE THESE LYING, GREEDY " PEOPLE" A DIME OF YOUR HARD-EARNED MONEY. THEY WILL RIP. YOU. OFF. They sold us a car under completely false and hostile pretenses - they promised multiple times to fix the cause of a check engine light (we would NEVER have bought the car otherwise). The car will not pass emissions which means it's worthless - it should never have been offered for sale in that condition and they knew it. We've been going round and round with them for months and now they are insisting we pay half the repairs. To make the whole situation even worse, they never return phone calls - we had to chase them down every single time. It also must be a job requirement for management to be complete a**%$&@s. The recently fired manager Charles was exactly what you picture when thinking about a smarmy used car salesman and unfortunately, his replacement Chris, is no better. After our first attempt at resolving the issue, the salesman told us we should come back in a year so he could get us out of "that jalopy" (are Mercedes' often referred to as jalopies?) Too bad the car won't last 4 months, much less a year. He also recently told us he was afraid of losing his job if he didn't sell us that car because Charles insisted on getting rid of it. We've purchased a car from a Napleton dealership in the past and had a typical car-buying experience - it's never the most fun you'll ever have. Maybe it's just this dealership and the people who run it. Or maybe the company itself has changed in the last few years. Either way, STAY AWAY FROM NAPLETON AUTOWERKS!!!

I brought my volvo in for work. I would be charged $140 to have the work complete. After two hours of waiting, it was not fixed. I was still charged $140 and said it would be an additional $900 to fix. I said it was under warranty. They said it was not. After coming home and calling the volvo 800 no., I gave them my vin no., and they said it was under warranty for another year and I should not have paid a dime. ( It was a electrical issue, which is still under warranty) Have called this dealer about five times to get money back and they keep putting me off!! Do not buy here. At least do not get service here. TERRIBLE!!!

Misdiagnosed my car to the tune of $3000! They said my car needed a new computer when it only needed a $100 sensor. Thankfully I know enough about cars to know they were trying to rip me off. The sensor took me about ten minutes to install. Avoid the service department like the plague. When I told them they were WRONG they said " are you a trained Benz technician? " ? Well... I know more than your mechanic does ! Because I fixed it myself. However, I do believe the mechanic knew EXACTLY what he was trying to do.... SCAM ME OUT OF $3000.

I've been to some very fine Volvo dealerships. Napleton is not on that list. If one chooses not to have work done, there is a $140 inspection fee. This is explained before you wait. No problem, right? Well, after this experience, I don't believe my car was inspected at all(but I still paid the $140). Part of this fee included $9.10 (plus tax) for the fraction of an ounce of window washer cleaner they added (I know it was a small amount because I routinely check fluid levels myself). The "inspector" said my tire tread was between 4/32" and 6/32". My tires are two weeks old. The tread depth is 9/32". Supposedly, the air pressure was adjusted to 39 PSI. I checked: the front was 36 PSI and the rear was 32 PSI (just as I left it). You see, it's all BS. Nothing was ever inspected. I will never return to Napleton. This is without a doubt the worst repair facility I've ever been to. Volvo is very poorly represented at Napleton.

Just plain awesome experience. Put an online request for a new Mercedes. I was contacted by the General Manager inside of ten minutes. He was direct, knowledgable and professional. Most of all he listened to my needs and had sensible solutions. We made an appointment for today. When I showed up the car was cleaned and detailed with a bow sitting in the showroom. Everyone greeted us and offered us refreshments. The staff were very helpful and kind. The whole place was filled with positivity. You could see the salespeople going the extra mile to be courteous and kind. We have never been to a dealership so well run. Thank you charles and ken. Susan Formentini

Overall I had a positive experience at this dealership. The people were friendly and I got a great deal on a car. I found a minor pricing discrepancy and I emailed the Manager Charles Schmitt and the salesman early Saturday morning before the dealership opened. To my surprise, Mr. Schmitt contacted me within ten minutes of my email and took care of the charge. The dealership is looks great and I experienced no high pressure sales tactics. I had a good rapport with the sales staff and the folks waiting in the service area. Having been in auto sales before in another life, I am very attuned to the games car dealers sometimes play that actually earn the industry it's less than stellar reputation. Because of the way the sales manager, Mr. Schmitt handled my situation I would feel totally comfortable buying another car from them. It was a very pleasant experience.
