Overall I had a positive experience at this dealership. The people were friendly and I got a great deal on a car. I found a minor pricing discrepancy and I emailed the Manager Charles Schmitt and the salesman early Saturday morning before the dealership opened. To my surprise, Mr. Schmitt contacted me within ten minutes of my email and took care of the charge. The dealership is looks great and I experienced no high pressure sales tactics. I had a good rapport with the sales staff and the folks waiting in the service area. Having been in auto sales before in another life, I am very attuned to the games car dealers sometimes play that actually earn the industry it's less than stellar reputation. Because of the way the sales manager, Mr. Schmitt handled my situation I would feel totally comfortable buying another car from them. It was a very pleasant experience.

Buyer beware! Great brand, great car! Unfortunately, at Napleton,, you have bad people providing bad service. Their horrendous customer service hopefully does not reflect Mercedes' true identity in "owning" a luxury car. There are to many other dealers and brands willing to take this kind of money that makes owning a luxury vehicle worth it. If you want true customer service, do not buy a vehicle from Napleton! Good luck if you do, you will need it.

Service Guy is really unclear, called about a collision and guy gave absolutely no information as to why I would use their body shop. I was looking for the benefits of their service, all he could say is that is between your insurance company and the body shop...we're strictly mechanical, so I asked what about the hidden mechanical damage ... "that's between your insurance and the body shop", so I asked you mean this is not a mechanical repair? ... "that's between your insurance ... Jaguar wise up, Quality = SERVICE

I had been searching for a couple of months for a car to...
I had been searching for a couple of months for a car to pay in cash with, at a max of $2500. Yes, $2500. Most dealerships looked at me as if I was crazy and said that I would never get anything decent for that money. I let those negative comments go in one ear and out the other. I was DETERMINED to find somebody to help me out here. And, to reward them for their assistance, I promised to return to them in about 1 years time from the time I find a job to upgrade our other car and/or the one I buy from them. I had thought about Napleton Nissan on Route 41 in Schererville because in the past, back in August 2003 to be exact, I purchased a Jeep Liberty from them with no problems from them or the vehicle. I had it for a very joyful 3 years and with zero mechanical or electrical problems. One day, I saw an advertisement for a 99 Volvo S80 and couldn't believe the shape it was in. It looked maybe at a max of 4-5 years old. I brought my husband and ASE Certified uncle with me to view it with sales rep. Conor Scanlon. My uncle was even floored at the shape of the body and under the hood as well. Yes, mileage is high, however, with Volvos, it's not a big deal. I got the AutoCheck report and noticed this car was a either a rental or leased vehicle throughout it's lifetime. That's a good thing if you've ever signed a lease or rental agreement, you'll know that these cars are REQUIRED to be highly maintained. Yes, there is some wear and tear on some of the leather, but, I happen to know a person with 30 yrs. experience who can re-do upholestry (car, home, leather, etc.) And, Mr. Scanlon was honest about the 02 sensors needing to be replaced. After purchasing the car, my uncle ran diagnostics on the Volvo via his machine at his home and lo and behold, everything was in good and working order except the 02 sensors needing to be replaced. He also re-checked everything he looked at and looked at all the oils. He was surprised to see the transmission fluid nice and pink like it should be. He said that is a great sign for the car since any major transmission problems would show the oil being brown and smelling like cinnamon. It has been 3 weeks and all is well. It drives very beautifully, very smooth. I'm sold on Napleton twice over!!

It was a very pleasant car shopping experience. Both Conner and Joe were very friendly and seemed genuine. They were not pushy. Even after our purchase, I have had to visit the dealership to pick up some items, and Conner was very helpful. He spent time with me and helped put our new mats in the car, and also placed our new vanity plate on the vehicle. I was very impressed with that. Joe(Francis)was very professional and thorough. We were looking for a certain type of used Mercedes and with the help of Gary, I now have my dream car. Thank you all!!

I was in the market for a new Volvo and after a little research and finding all the great reviews, I went to visit Conor Scanlon at Napleton in Schereville. Conor knows the cars inside and out, was friendly and low pressure. He let the car sell itself and I really appreciate that. After spending a good deal of time with me going over all my options, I bought a Volvo S60. Whether you're in the city or suburbs, If you're looking for a new Volvo, Jaguar or Mercedes, go see Conor and he wil take care of you.

I have been looking at many different types of car at...
I have been looking at many different types of car at many dealerships for the last 6 months. I thought I would look again at the Volvos that I looked at many months ago. I randomly talked to Conor Scanlon and he showed me many models and I ended up buying a black XC90. He was very helpful and patient with me and explain all the different models and options and I was able to weigh the pros and cons. I think the gave me a fair price without all the hassles and haggling you find at many car dealers. I was also happy with the dealership in general. Everyone was professional and helpful from beginning to end. I love my new car inside and out and am very pleased with my purchase.

I have always been apprehensive of taking my car to the dealer for service. Until recently i have always taken my car to a dealer in Illinois for service and was always felt uneasy with the snooty attitude i received. A friend of mine bought her car at Napleton and has it serviced regularly there and she couldnt have been more persuasive for me to service my car there too. She introduced me to Rob in service and right away he made me feel comfortable and important. I told him it was my first time to this dealership so he asked me if i wanted a bottle of water and then gave me a small tour of the dealership, introducing me to some of the staff along the way. My service was completed in about an hour and a half, which was shorter than Rob initially told me, and to top if off my car was cleaned inside and out. Its very hard to find good customer service and Rob has made me a believer in this dealership... Thanks again... April
