Very bad service department, will never go back to these clowns . They over charge for service work and give your car back still broken. Very bad experience

Willing to go the extra mile
Speedy and thorough service received with our regular maintenance. Recently our family needed a car part for travel and within hours of contacting them they had an associate travel to the warehouse to pick it up and make it available to us before leaving on our trip. Their willingness to help even with short notice has reassured me that we have chosen the best place for our vehicle to be cared for.

#3rd Ford Taurus Lease

Purchase of used F-350
The process for buying this truck was so easy and it was a very laid back experience. The truck was super nice, clean and in good condition. The dealer was also willing to work with me on my schedule and Dennis answered all of my questions, and worked with my bank on the financing. Great!

Used Car Purchase
Bought a used 2013 vehicle here last weekend. Was told that the rear brakes had recently been serviced. Could tell that their was still something off with the brakes so I planned to have the front brakes done by my mechanic at home after purchase. My mechanic told me that by "service" on the rear brakes, they meant putting the cheapest pads available over top of rotors that were already warped. Needles to say, don't feel that they were being honest with me in this area. Check Engine light also came on less than a week after purchase. Don't know if they were aware of an issue with that or not and will have to get that looked at this coming week by my mechanic. The people at the dealership were friendly and I did enjoy working with them, I just have concerns about the quality standards for the used vehicles that they sell. I expected better from a licensed Ford dealer.

Easy Going Dealership

Great help
I went in looking for options with my current lease coming to an end. Instead of high pressure sales to turn in in early I was given the best advice to keep driving it to save money. They are willing to help me in a new lease or pre- owned vehicle when the time is right. Salesman was super helpful and explorating my options and where I want to be with payments. I hope he can help me in a few months when I go back.
