This was my second car purchase from Dennis. He is easy going and knowledgeable about Ford's product line. He was able to answer all of my questions to my satisfaction.

I walked into the dealership expecting to purchase a used car, but didn’t like the car I had planned on purchasing. Dennis was very patient with me, and showed me a handful of other used cars before I decided to purchase new. He took into account everything I said I wanted in a car, then found the perfect 2014 Ford Escape in Michigan. There was some damage to the car that occurred during delivery to the dealership. It was fixed immediately and I had my car within a week! I would definitely recommend this dealership!
