If an oil change coupon states a price and the price will

If an oil change coupon states a price and the price will actually be higher, you should say so beforehand. Surprise! I could have gone to the shop around the corner for the price I ended up paying. I won't nitpick about anything. It's the money. It's always the money.

Worked with Michael Beltran who went above and beyond to get us the vehicle we wanted. When we picked up the vehicle, everything was prompt and complete, we were on the road in 30 minutes!!! Thank you Michael and Steve Rogers Ford!!!

The service work is fine.

The service work is fine... however, one of the employees is very rude (to everyone) and especially discourteous to women. Nate (Nathan???) needs to learn how to properly interact with customers. Rolling his eyes, slamming down papers... not exactly what we look for in proper customer service interaction.

I came in for an oil change.

I came in for an oil change. I asked for one thing that I wanted checked out. The brake pads were throwing brake dust like crazy. The pads were installed by SR Ford as well as over ten thousand dollars worth of service. Nate completely ignored me. He either refused to look into it and didn't care. The PR at the desk conisinding and judgemental. I paid eighty percent of ten thousand dollars in advance. I come in to pick up and the women says real hateful and demeaning " Oh your a self pay ". I said " You better go find my seventy five hundred dollar check". I guess she just doesn't like sixty year olds with longer hair and _____
