Second new Jeep, second hitch install, first time they chipped the paint they told me they were going to send it to their body guy, all they did was take a paint pen which rubbed off in the parking lot and they had it two days. Second Jeep the gouged the bumper in one place and scratched in another. I am going on 3 weeks without an answer as to how they plan to fix this and additional e-mails go unanswered. FYI - the initial e-mail was also sent to who I believe might have been the manager at the home office.

Bought two new jeeps, both had to have a hitch installed, both times my paint was damaged. On my 3rd week waiting for an answer. Additional emails are unanswered
