This is the 4th vehicle I bought from Tunkhannock Auto Mart. I have always dealt with Eddie and never had any bad experiences. Eddie is always easy to deal with in any situation and never makes you feel pressured to buy a vehicle. The last 2 vehicles I have bought from him have been done mainly over the phone which can be challenging itself but Eddie still went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled correctly and done to our satisfaction.

I have purchased 3 vehicles here. 2 new and 1 used. The buying experience was a not a problem with all 3. I recently traded in the used vehicle for the second new vehicle. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Very professional and no pressure. Facility is very clean. They do what they say and say what they do. Will purchase here again when necessary.

Eddie worked with us to find the vehicle that meet all of our requests. We were pleasantly surprised with how hassle free this whole process was from walking in the door on day one to picking up our vehicle a few days later. I have to say my experience was outstanding. Working a full time job and being on the road and out of the area a lot it was great to have them deal with me over the phone and allowed me to fill out my credit application on line. Eddie ( my sales man ) was professional and yet friendly. I would recommend him to my friends and co workers.

Won’t give a single star due to multiple negative experiences since purchasing a new vehicle here. Was told to “take it somewhere else” if I am that unhappy with their service dept. That sounds like wonderful customer service to me! I will never return or recommend this dealership or service dept. to ANYONE!

After randomly searching for a truck, I came across an inventory model at Tunkhannock Auto Mart. I left and message and received a call from Jeremy. He went through all of the used stock they had and came across a truck I might like. Since I had done some previous research online, I sent him links to other trucks and he was able to do a comparison for me. I decided to take a trip up to the dealership and they treated me great! We went for a ride around in several trucks settling on the first original recommendation he had. Over all, it was a no BS experience. Jeremy was really friendly and upfront with everything. It was the best deal I've ever gotten in all the years I've been buying vehicles.

My wife and I recently purchased a 2018 Jeep Cherokee Limited. Our experience at Tunkhannock Auto Mart was great. Our salesman Ryan was very professional and went out of his way to get us a great deal. There was a great selection of models, colors and options to choose from.
