I took my wife's Jeep in for an inspection in early July. The vehicle is less than a year old and only had 16,000 miles on it. I was told the tires where low and one was very low and would have to be replaced to pass inspection. Being ever the salesman, the gentleman tried to upsell by stating it is all wheel drive and should replace all 4. I asked how the tires could be so low after less than a year and only 16,000 miles to which he did not have a good answer. So, he said he would order new tires and I brought the car back 2 days later. I brought the car back, waited 45 minutes, then finally was told they had ordered the same tires. Exasperated i took the vehicle without the inspection or tire replacement and left. I took the Jeep to Kost Tire in Wilkes-Barre and they inspected the vehicle. Jason called me and said the tires were low but would not need to be replaced to pass inspection. They were recommended, but not needed. In addition, good quality tires, service, and balance were over $300 cheaper than Tunkhannock Auto Mart. They should be ashamed of themselves and neither my wife nor I will return for sales or service.

this people dont have any meaning with dealership business......couple years ago i do stop by asking for minivan,they dont have anything about minivan but very expensive trucks.....I mention it to the guy,spoused to be salesman.......he does not show any concern,then manager send me message to contact with him,i do return his message,does not even answer.......stay away from this people.......

Don’t buy from Eddie or this Dealership! They were not honest. I was looking for a new truck and came across a used one they had with only 2k miles. I asked Eddie please look over the truck for damage before I make a 2 hour trip. He said he saw nothing plus it was bought from Jeep corporate company and a executive drive it. Unfortunately it was raining all day when I saw the vehicle. A few hidden things not noticeable in the rain. What really makes me mad is they knew of the damage. They detailed the vehicle and I am 💯 certain they would have seen the dents near the crease of the door in the rear. I paid almost 60k for a truck with 2 k miles and I am told by Eddie it’s not a New vehicle expect Blemishes. Yet before the sale he is trying to convince me the vehicle is like new! So Eddie is not honest and either is the Dealership because they flat out said there is nothing they are willing to do. Any Dealership with that attitude after a sale shouldn’t get your money. Plenty of honest places out there. Also they said the oil was changed when the ran it through the shop, yet the vehicle still says 75% so now I even question that. Don’t Buy from Eddie or this Dealer. My experience at least was horrible!!
