Our Sales Representative, Eddie, was knowledgeable and patient. We had many questions and were uncertain whether we even wanted to even commit to a purchase. He had us test drive the particular Jeep model we were interested in and provided answers to everything we wanted to know. Once we were ready, Eddie located exactly what we were looking for making this experience simple and stress free. At no time did we feel pressured and Eddie was an absolute pleasure to work with. I went in to see Eddie about trying to locate a particular new car. I ended up factory ordering what I wanted after a search of other dealers inventory. I am so glad I did! It came in a lot sooner then I expected and was exactly what I wanted. Eddie was then able to work with me to find financing that was better than what I had pre-approved from my own financial institution! Overall the experience was amazing. This was my 3rd new car from Tunkhannock Auto Mart and probably won't be the last.

Both Tony and I had a great time picking out our new Jeep! The process actually started a couple of months ago with our first trip to see Eddie and take a test drive- we let him know what we were looking for, in what time frame, and he took great care of us. He made time for us on a very busy Memorial Day to complete the deal. He took the time to explain the process, and even sat with us to go over all the bells and whistles included with our vehicle.
