Service at it's finest!!

I purchased a new Chrysler 200c from the dealership. I could not be happier with the service I received. Eddie helped me find my car and worked with me to make it happen fast! It was definitely a great buying experience! I encourage anyone looking to purchase a vehicle to stop in and see Eddie!

Feeling cheated.

I recently bought a 2013 dodge dart from this dealership. Had 30,000 when I purchased it. In less than 3000 miles I have had the following issues. Loose center console, Bad instrument cluster, broken sun visor, a miss or bucking under moderate acceleration and a clutch/ transmission noise. They could not find an issue causing my miss fire so I was told it is normal vehicle operation. I have never owned a car that would "buck" under normal operating conditions so knowing that at this point I would be beating a dead horse I said fine I will find it myself. Lastly the clutch. I took the service manager for a ride and duplicated the noise I was hearing. After one week I am told that it would be almost $600 in just labor for them to take the clutch out and look to see if something is worn. It would also be a few hundred more for parts if there is a problem. None of which is covered under factory Chrysler or my purchased extended warranty. So basically I spent 15k on a car that I got 2000 miles out of before it needs $1K in serious repairs. I feel I have been taken advantage of by both Tunkhannock auto mart and Chrysler.

Hello, We are very sorry about your experience. Please know it is never our goal to leave a customer feeling dissatisfied. We believe our positive reviews are evidence of this fact. Wear on a clutch is not visible, like it would be on a brake pad. The only way to see if the clutch had a problem that would be covered by warranty is to take it apart. We understand that you did not feel completely comfortable doing this. It's our goal to be able to help everyone but sometimes we are limited from doing so. As Bill our Service Advisor explained, if it was an issue with the flywheel the cost would be covered, but not if it is normal wear and tear and the only way to find the answer was to spend the $600. Poor recall service

I had 2 recalls on my 2002 Jeep liberty and as I needed it for work the next day I explained that to Bill (an employee ) and he told me if I dropped it off the night before it would be done the next morning @11:30 as the recall was only 3-4 hours. I called at 1:00 pm and much to my di9smay the manager said it wasn't even in the shop yet and they would try and get it done by 4pm. I now have missed a work opportunity and must get a ride Saturday morning so I can get to work. I went out of my way to drop it off the night before and now I stand to lose 2 days work as well as being inconvinienced. Very poor service and rude behavior of service dept.

It's our goal to be able to help everyone but sometimes our efforts to please do not turn out the way we intended. Because of Bill’s enthusiasm to assist you, he took your request over the phone for the night drop off believing you would fill out the envelope. When you dropped off your vehicle there was no signature or requested promise time on the drop off envelope, which caused confusion. Your vehicle was ready that day for pick-u, but not at the time that was discussed. This type of situation has never happened before; we have put a new process in place Thank you for bringing this to our attention so we can be sure this does not happen again. Best place to buy your new car truck or jeep

Could not be any happier with the service and the help that Eddie Schwartztrauber gave me to get me in to my new Jeep Patriot also everyone there is very nice and not pushy sells men that just want to take your money very relaxing environment would recommend to anyone looking to get a new vehicle to check them out

Great Experience

My wife and I had a great experience purchasing a new car. Laid back, customer-centered sales approach. I will be certainly be making another trip back to Tunk Auto Mart.

Great Dearlership!!

They go above and beyond for their customers! Always returning to Tunkhannock for their great sales people and selection of vehicles. We have been dealing with Tunkhannock Auto Mart in one way or another since 1993. We have always received the best of service from Sales to Service.

Awesome!

This car was a surprise, Eddie kept everyone at the dealership from posting so the surprise wasn't spoiled, I was totally surprised. Eddie was very professional, he made sure that he walked thru all the features on the car with me before I left. I left very comfortable that if I had any issues he was just a phone call away.
